Stay away from this company and its people at all costs. Their freight agents/account managers are worst people that you might see in the streets. have no integrity, no respect, no service, no value, and they do not take a "NO" for an answer or in a polite way. after you make this huge mistake of one time working with them, they cling Like a leech and keep approaching and approaching in whateverrrrrrr disrespectful way they can to get a business. Trash low unprofessional people.

On May 23, 2018 I made my first contact with LGI Inc to arrange a June 7th shipment out of Agua Prieta Mexico to Miami FL. Agua Prieta is listed as a serviced city by LGI on their website. I explained what I was trying to do, provided the dimensions and weights and was assured by Kevin McBride that this was absolutely do-able and he would need to get a quote to me.
On May 28th I had not heard from him so I called him and he was still waiting for a quote but assured me that it would be coming soon. Again on May 30th I called him to find out if he had received a quote and to ask again if this was really going to happen. I had 2 employees flying to Mexico on June 4th to prepare the shipment for a pickup date of June 7th.
He assured me that there would be no problem and that he would get back to me soon. On June 1st I still did not have a quote and began to panic. I emailed him with no response and then decided I need to call again. I spoke to another contact who informed me that Kevin was out of the office for the day, I explained the dilemma and he told me that if we did not receive a quote that usually meant that the shipment was not going to happen but that he would look into it.
I did not hear anything until Monday June 4th, the day my employees were flying to Mexico. Kevin emailed me and gave me two ridiculously high quotes, one for shipment out of the US (which defeated the purpose of me trying to ship directly out of Mexico) and the other option was for us to transport the shipment (by some other means) and LGI would cross it in Laredo Texas - 832 miles from point of origin.
Both of these were not viable options and if I wanted to arrange the crossing myself I would not have contacted LGI in the first place. I did end up arranging the crossing and having the shipment picked up on the US side for 75% cheaper than LGI's domestic transport quote. If this shipment was going to be an issue and they did not want to quote if for whatever reason I would have been fine with a phone call or email stating that it was not logistically possible and that they were going to decline quoting.
I gave myself 2 full weeks to get things arranged and ended up making arrangements at the last minute due to the this poor customer service. Based on my one experience with this company, I would not attempt to use them again.

Very good company to work with. Brandon knows what he is doing when it comes to moving any sort of load. He knows what it takes to get things done. He gives honest updates and answers on where loads are and what the ETA is. LGI as a company is awesome to work with. They have a large network of trucks and carriers that they use, and can find trucks for any sort of need that you have. Rates are very competitive.
