DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT support this company. One of their semi truck drivers hit me from behind on (4/17/19) and the company did not in any way support. The driver did not make a claim till (5/9/19) and only did so because I was calling to get updated. Then their insurance carrier- ProSite Specialty took 3 weeks to send an aggressive email stating they they are standing by their driver, even tho he didn't tell his side of the story till weeks later.
They are inconsistent, rude, And VERY SHADY! what company has a policy where their drivers are allowed to place claims weeks later and not even get the full story!? I will be telling the world what happened. I hope you know you ruined my life. I worked hard for my car. It's a 2006 Honda. You allowed your driver to get away with damaging my car beyond repair. Shame on you and SHAME on your company. Wish I could give you a ZERO.
