I work for a company that deals with Multi-media printing and shipping. We ship through many companies, and needed a courier service to pick up from the MDT Delta airport and deliver to our client in Carlisle, PA. Rick's customer service over the phone was a breath of fresh air. (as I had been call many couriers for quotes, some very not friendly) I am big on treating your customers right, as I have the same job doing the same things with customers. Thank you Rick!
