Tina Currier has very poor customer service skills. After arranging a pickup for a specific date, she never informed the people within her office of the scheduled pickup. So when I arrived at the time me and Tina agreed upon, the employee had no clue of the current pickup. And stated I don't think we even have anyone to load you up at this time. I need to call Tina to see what's going on.
She called and did not get an answer and was waiting for a call back. Then I tried to pay my remaining balance and the lady stated she can not run credit cards need to wait for Tina. I was like fine, what time will she be here? I don't know stated the lady. So I said I will have to leave and go to work and gave contact information for Tina when she arrived. Tina never called.
So at 9am I called and she was extremely rude. Saying that the lady never told me they don't have anyone to load the truck and that I just left and went to work because I did not want to wait until she arrived. Which is not the case. I was not going to wait when they had no idea of arrival, and already hax a scheduled pickup time. Also all this could have been prevented, simple by relaying the message of pickup. Tina is extremely unprofessional, and for my company all further transportations will be handled by a different transportation company.

Absolutely disgusted with this company and their dismissive, disrespectful and unapologetic staff.after delivering 5 of someone else's products and missing multiple of ours there was absolutely no ownership and not a single apology.absolutely disgusting customer service. don't ever ever use this company
