With one of my friend's reference, I had chosen this cargo service to ship all my goods from US, Boston to India Hyderabad. Initially the service was good (only until they pick the items), once the goods were in consignment and made the payment, that's it, no proper response. Finally one day they shipped the goods to my home address, as the goods are more I could not verify them at the time of receiving, then we realized there were many items missing when un packing the next day.
The boxes were opened and took all valuable items and packed again as they were original, reported the issue with Photos, items bills everything they need, finally they responded saying they can not do anything. I brought of this many times with calls and emails, still no response. be careful with this company, ship only if you are ready to loose.

I highly recommend Air 7 Seas for international relocation! The prices were so reasonable and such a bargain compared to the couple dozen other companies I contacted. Nitin was attentive, respectful and so helpful during the monumental process of moving dozens of boxes and furniture from China to Philadelphia. 5 stars without a doubt!

I had a great experience working with Nitin, who was extremely on top of things. Air 7 was great on the receiving end of a shipment of household goods that I had made form Turkey. My goods arrived as scheduled, even though it seemed there might have been a clearance delay (Nitin was great at sending me updates on the clearance). Although one of my pictures arrived with damaged glass, the original freight carrier said they would pay for the replacement. Everyone was professional throughout, and I hope to be able to work with Air 7 again when I need to ship the rest of my goods over.

We used Air & seas to help with an oversized shipment from India. Zam, Victor and Steve went over and beyond to help us clear the consignment and get it delivered to our doorstep. They were extremely patient while answering all our "first time importer" questions. Their customer service is excellent and at no time did feel that I was not getting the answers I need. I had the pleasure of working initially with Zam, who was very kind and gave me quick responses. Then soon after, Steve took over, who was also very nice and prompt with his replies. I appreciate the fast communication and friendliness from both of them. I will definitely inquire with them for more shipments in the future! I also appreciate that my cargo was nicely stacked on a pallet and wrapped with plastic. My previous forwarder did not do that and all of my boxes were in bad shape. I decided to ship my container with them to Kenya. I regret ever doing business with them. Sept 8th 2021 they sent me an invoice telling me that I owed money for insurance. I went ahead and notified them that I did not want the insurance at all. The person I talked to, John Jeeve, told me that he had already psid for the insurance. I asked them why pay before confirming with me if the amount is okay with me. PS insurance was optional so I did have a choice to say no to it.
I didn't here from him after that. I figured they cancelled it as my container had not shipped yet. Sept 30th, I received an email stating that I pay my balance or else I get charged 150 more for late payment. I went ahead and notified them that on Sept 8th I already told them that I did not want the insurance. The financial department asked John to cancel the insurance and let me know how much I will get charged for cancelling it.
I never heard from them again and so I thought that it was already taken care of afterall it was not my fault from the start. My container arrived to my country on Nov 22nd. My clearing agent told me that I needed a telex form to get my container. Calling Air 7 seas they stated that they wouldn't until I cleared my balance. I found out that they never cancelled the insurance.
I wrote a review as it was just getting so frustrating. A lady called me the next day Nov 23rd and told me to pay 150 and delete my review and in return, I would receive the telex form. I went ahead and paid plus deleted my review. Today is Nov 24th. I have not received the form. To make matters worse, tomorrow Nov 25th is a holiday. That means I will have to pay rent at the port for all these days until the day that they will decide to give me the telex form.
I am thinking of involving my lawyers at this point. I already paid 150 dollars for a mistake that wasn't mine. Now am paying at the port again because someone did not listen to me and cancel the insurance. Everytime I call them, the answer I get is that they have paid the shipping company MSC yet I had paid 100% of all the shipping in Sept. Technically it was supposed to already have been paid 100%.

The worst company. Please stay away. The most Unprofessional and unreliable company. A $680 and 6 weeks estimated delivery time for a shipment is now costing more than $2000 and taking more than 5 months and we still don't have have our stuff. Once they collect the money they have no clue what happened to your shipment. It is so frustrating to deal with them. They don't communicate well over the phone and they send you those random bad emails with no explanation. Ie. waiting to the carrier to respond.

I am very happy with my decision to go with AIR 7 SEAS for my major spice shipment. We were importing from India for the very first time and had a lot of paperwork, logistics that we weren't even aware of but their team handled it perfectly. I was completely stress free from the moment the ship sailed till it reached my door and they also handled all customs responsibilities.
For a novice, understanding these little details can be very challenging but Victor from their team kept me in the loop and helped me through all the steps we had to take care of to release the shipment. Definitely a trustworthy company!

We should add prefix as Pirates to Air 7 seas company. Package was delivered after one year with many followups. After delivery we do see few items like backpack, files & toy were missing in the package box. Again I have informed and followed up with them for several months and finally they said they are helpless. I never expected a transport company open the box and steel our items. Also they did not claim my loss and I am busy in mail chain for an year almost. Please stay away from this company to save your money and time.

I used this company to move a 4 bedroom house and one car from Northern California to Southern California. A member of their company came to my house and gave me a quote, which I was good with. The actual 3rd party company that came and boxed up my house were extremely good at what they did and were very efficient and nice. Before the shipment reached my new apartment in Southern California I was told that I need to pay an additional $4k because of extra pallets and moving hours used.
This additional payment was over 50% of the original estimate that I paid! I had no other option but to pay this additional amount and I my belongings were basically held hostage if I didnt pay. If I had known the total cost would have been around $8K, I would have bought all brand new furniture or even shopped around for a better shipping company!
This company is a scam! Also, by the time I moved into the Southern California apartment I had to wait an additional 3 days for my items to be delivered to my new place. My senior citizen parents had to sleep on the floor while we waiting for our things to arrive. I will never use their service again and not recommend anyone to use them.

A couple of websites offered to get bids on moving my belongings to Micronesia. Air 7 Seas offered a competitive bid. I went online and found poor reviews on Yelp. I responded to Pravin that after seeing the review I was disinclined to use his company. He responded that Air 7 Seas had good reviews on Google, had been in business for over 35 years, and handled 800-1000 shipments per month.
I did check out the Google reviews. His company had many more favorable reviews. I identified the complaints I saw and asked him about them: Will Air 7 Seas subcontract to others and will there be additional fees? Are there duties, taxes, and port fees in addition to the transportation cost? Why were some reviewers surprised that their shipment had arrived and had to pay extra storage fees?
If there are delays in shipping, will I be liable for extra fees? Pravin answered all my questions to my satisfaction. So I contracted with them. Mine was a door to port contract. The weakest link was the guy who came to collect my boxes in a minivan. He rolled boxes across the garage floor to his hand truck. My boxes, though, arrived early. Aaron at Air 7 Seas alerted me to the likely arrival date.
He requested that I pay the last installment so the boxes could be released. There was some wear and tear, but all my belongings were in good shape. (Tape all the seams of your boxes and cushion the contents. Many smaller boxes work better than few big ones.) Triple B Forwarders received the boxes and had them in their warehouse. They provided the paperwork and directed me to customs.
I did have to go in person to custom and get their clearance. I returned the approved paperwork and for a small fee Triple B delivered the boxes to my doorstep. I would use Air 7 Seas and Triple B again.

I had a very positive experience with them till the time they took my goods. After that it has been over 2 weeks for air cargo and no update or response. Pamela and Grant were handling this- they were very professional but once the good and money was taken the response was very poor. I am still waiting to receive my packages and I am hoping that they will respond and fix the situation. I will update my review once I know what happens but so far based on what has been my experience, I will not work with this firm any more

Against my better judgement I used this service to ship 5 boxes of personal goods from the US to Australia because they quoted me a rate that was far lower than any competitors. I had to call repeatedly (from overseas; over a month had passed since my goods had been picked up) and ask every day for updates in order to finally receive a waybill number and any confirmation that my goods were on their way to me.
When they arrived, it seemed like a miracle. They were in pretty ok condition; nothing had been ripped open or damaged. However the stress and lack of communication was significant. I would not use this service again. Their price ended up being on par with services like UPS or FedEx. You get what you pay for. They also demanded that I delete my Yelp review before they would put my goods on a plane!
They also request you sign a waiver that you will not contest any credit card charges. I have considered reporting them to consumer protection agencies for fraudulent behavior.

Terrible shipping company. My shipment sat outside in Houston for a month before it was loaded at port. Then it took over 5 months to arrive - much longer than the 30-45 days I was quoted by sales. The container literally sat in Italy for 1.5 months and they refused to do anything to get it to leave faster. Not surprisingly, many of my things arrived covered in mold and mildew even though I packed boxes and car full of silica bags.
It took them forever to send my original title to me - I had to remind them at least ten times. My container arrived in Beirut right before a public holiday meaning customs staff would be off. I had to email, call and argue with a number of time and escalate it to the manager Sam before they agreed to give me 10 extra free days at port - even though it was clearly not my fault that it would take extra time to clear customs because of holiday. Salesman Scott was nice and helpful - but I guess he was just making the sale because after that it was a nightmare. Elaa was particularly terrible at customer service. DO NOT recommend this company to anyone

One star is too much! DO NOT use this moving company because they are priced reasonably! I was quoted delivery in 8 weeks from Reno, NV to London it took 16 weeks! All my boxes were opened up and moved from the pallet and 10 out of 18 boxes are ripped and damaged! This moving company DOES NOT finishthe job themselves. It gies through 3 to4 other carriers bfore your damaged boxes get to you! The funny and TRULY sad thing is that they are all blaming each other for the shitty job! Damn you guys!

I recently moved my furniture with them from Dubai to the USA. They agreed to take it out of the container and assemble it as well which we paid for but when the time came they didn't send enough workers to do the job and left half our stuff in pieces, disassembled. They also agreed that when the workers would leave they'd take away all the waste packing materials but they dishonored that agreement as well.
I would not recommend anyone this company, I had the misfortune of working with Navin who told me that in order for the work to be done I need to remove my review. They say they'll arrange for someone to do the work and that they'll call you back but nothing.

WARNING! This is an international shipping scam! Look under Air7Seas Scams and read about all the people that got their both their cargo and money ripped off! Lucky for me, I got suspicious by their poor customer service and the unprofessional document they sent me to fill out. I found out before giving them any money, but they wasted so much of my time.
I have only 3 weeks before I move to Japan and have to find a new shipping company. The Lesson: Always check the shipping company out thoroughly and make sure they are listed with the FMC Bureau of Certification and Licensing maritime Commission. I hope the FEDS will bring this company down! They are evil crooks!

I don't recommend this company at all. They are not responsible don't trust them. They are LIERS. They sent me the confirmation email after a week of Paying the deposite which is wired and TOO MUCH. I booked an international shipping container service. They said that they will be on my place 10 am, but they did not show up until 1pm. Unforanitly, at that time I was not able to load my stuff in the container becouse the elevator of my appartment building was reserved for other people in that time. THAT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE.
I asked for my refund as I don't feel that I can trust them anymore, but they rfused to refund me. It's been days now I'm trying to ask for topay me back, but still no feedback or any response from them. Don't wast your time and money with cheap company like that. I have been in touch with Air7Seas for transporting my household goods from US to India. Rama at Air7Seas in Milpitas has been excellent to deal with. She has patiently answered all my questions or rather educated me for the past atleast 2-3 months. And each time, I changed the requirements (it's just part of the process), Rama supported by giving a quote - written and professional Disclaimer: I have yet to ship goods. So, dont have any actual shipping experience to share yet. And, if i do eventually ship with Air7Seas, will surely update this review.

This business is extremely untrustworthy. They are the epitome of everything that describes international shipping scam on the internet. They promised a certain price for the package we had and promised to move from London to Los Angeles within 2 weeks. However, they kept on delaying at every step and first extended to 26 days. When it was nearing that date and we didnt hear from them, we kept on trying to contact them but we were not able to get hold of our contact person.
We could only talk to someone who was very inexperienced and with poor communication. Our queries could never be answered and we never got a right date or the right steps that would follow. We kept on requesting for talking to supervisor or anybody who has more understanding of the process, but in vain. We were living with bare necessities all this while with my 2 little kids and parents waiting for our much needed stuff to arrive.
In the end, when our stuff arrived in the local area after 3 months, they kept on demanding the full money to be reimbursed before they delivered. When we were almost about to pay the amount off, they said we would get our things 10 days after payment. We were extremely panicked at this moment and we felt we are a target of shipment hostage. We got in touch with some lawyers and they helped us talk to these guys and finally we got someone to deliver our things to our house.
Even though we paid premium price for "packing, unpacking and cleaning", we got no such service. Someone just came and delievred the boxes, and we ourselves had to unpack and clean all packing materials. After all this painful experience we didnt want it to drag further and hence we didnt even get to claim for our broken materials. I am just thankful that we got our stuff finally. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone at any cost. They are a sham of a business.

Picked my goods 18 Feb from Houston delivered by 20 Oct Perth Australia, how ever it suppose to ship in 8 weeks. lots of items damaged and lost and they accept zero responsibility about it, how ever I paid for professional packing and door to door service. Whatever you do, do not ship with Air 7 Seas. This company is a SCAM, and I cannot even begin to explain the nightmarish exprience we had with them. We shipped our personal belongings from the US to Denmark. Along the way, they made us pay additional charges, holding our belongings hostage from us. In the end, we paid 3x times the amount they quoted us.
And I do not believe for a single second that any of the charges were legitimate. Our goods arrived 5 months later (it was supposedly going to take 8 weeks tops), in horrible condition. And I do not believe for a single second that any of the charges were legitimate. Our goods arrived 5 months later (it was supposedly going to take 8 weeks tops), in horrible condition. Can I put negative stars? This company is a joke and has a complete lack of customer service. My items arrived damaged. There was no communication. I have again and again called and emailed to ask questions about how my shipment was handled with no response! After a little research, I have found that they even hired an outside truck delivery system. Not once did a representative from their company oversee my items. I have to wonder why I paid them in the first place. My suggestion? Use any other company than this one.

8 months and 5 days, from March 20th to November 25th. That's how long it took Air7seas to get my shipment to me. They are the WORST company to deal with. As a U.S. based company, 2 of the employees have a grasp on basic English while the rest speak gibberish. They take a minimum of 7 days to respond to an EMAIL. The only way to get a call back from them is to repeatedly email them every 5 minutes saying you're waiting for someone to call, at least 6 of those minimum will get you a call.
Their owner will hang up on you if you're angry and telling him the many issues you've had. They quote you one thing then try to invoice you for double. Then, when you FINALLY get your things, it arrives in the condition below. This is hands down the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. The amount of stress they've causes wasn't worth a single dollar we paid them to not be able to effectively do their jobs we hired them to do.
In hindsight, I should have looked into this company better, but this business needs shut down. All they do is screw people over and steal money for months without delivery of your goods.
