Founded in 1993 as The Warehouse Company, InterChange Group, Inc. is a regional Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider and developer based in Harrisonburg, VA. With a building portfolio of nearly 2.0 million SF, over 500 acres of prime industrial/commercial land and a staff of highly experienced warehousemen, InterChange is positioned to meet your supply chain and distribution needs.
In 1993, Jerry Morris and Wayne Ruck purchased an old factory in Weyers Cave, VA while still maintaining a box manufacturing business. This began their first foray into warehousing. They hired Devon Anders and a few short years later in 1997, they constructed their first warehouse in Harrisonburg as they left the manufacturing business to focus on this new venture, appropriately named The Warehouse Company.
Interchange boasts a varied portfolio of Virginia warehousing options along the Interstate 81 corridor in the Shenandoah Valley.
