ANS Transport Service

NEVER AGAIN! They had my mother waiting for hours on the phone for pick up at her Chemotherapy appointment. Come to find out they close at 5pm! Like really what transportation doesn't informed their client that. So irresponsible and very unprofessional. I will not recommend this transportation to anyone!

Driver tlc#5331753 was rude and felt it's his car he goes how he wants to go I had surgery Friday it's Tuesday going to my emergency follow up and was harassed half the whole time trying now not to take me to my appt after delaying the trip pressure high now and a strained pain in my stomach where I had the surgery

This company leaves Senior citizens waiting for hours to be picked up and taken to their appointments. Then to have the clients picked up, they give them a 20 minute time limit and the clients wait more than two hours. On top of that they see the patients number on their caller ID, and leave them on hold until they know they have a car near by. This is unacceptable and I pray this review will reach the owner and they will check and correct the flauses in their company. Until then, I will be looking for another company to help our patients.

Clean cars, some drivers are nice, some drivers look stressed. Today's driver though took the wrong route and ended up telling my mom that he couldn't take her to her doctors appointment therefore leaving her by a train. Who does that? My mom ended up having to cancel her doctors appointment. Great Job Guys, -_-.

My mom uses A & S for her appointments. We love the cleanliness of the car. The drivers are professional. The trip for the most part is pleasant because they are on time and we don't have to wait long for a ride to go home. I like the helpfulness of the dispatchers. They are honest when they give you the estimated time of arrival. The only reason my rating isn't higher and the reason I'm writing this review is because sometimes when I request A & S my trips are rerouted because they can't accommodate it.

It hasn't happened often but enough times for me to be worried about getting my mom to her appointments. I appreciate the fact that if they can't accommodate the trip they reject it but at the same time, I would like to rest easy knowing we won't be left in the cold! I will continue to request A&S in hopes they can accommodate us!

My mother is 82 years old and has dementia. It's very stressful for her to wait because if the disease. She is constantly picked up at least one hour late from the senior center when this is a scheduled pick up every week. If I had a choice I would never use them. I am adding to this review because we have now been waiting for 45 minutes for mother's transportation to arrive. Apparently my above review did no good.

I love this car service. The drivers are fairly on time, and the telephone operators are so pleasant. I just wish they would stay open a little later. Thank you for being the best.

My experience with this Co. is negative. I've made my reservation through Fidelis for Saturday, September 14, 7:00 a.m. About 8:20 a.m. I got a polite call from the base that they are "looking in the matter". I got a car in about an hour. This is humiliating, taking into consideration their stress on health care and current competition in this field. I definitely will never use this Co. again.

A&S transportation has it's really a 5 star company. My uncle Ramon has been transported by A&S for over a year now and they have really made his care and health and priority. Although there may be minor delays at time due to traffic they have been on time for the majority, call him the night before to confirm and call him before arriving to inform him they are route. Drivers are kind and respectful, vehicles are clean and the customer service staff and always helpful. There is nothing wrong I can say about this company, we thank you A&S.
