Scheduled delivery last week. My wife waited from 9-1 at home. no call, no delivery. I called to see what is going on. Package is still in Dallas. Waste of our time. The guy could not even tell me when it might be here. Would never buy a Samsung TV again if they are going to continue to use this trash deliver service.

I bought 82inch Samsung TV. They didn't call me before 20min arrival, and they delivered to just DOOR even if I requested to deliver to 2nd floor when I bought it. And then they requested the extra money to move it more. I called to customer service and SEOISHA (lead of department) told me it is impossible to move it because their document shows it is deIivered to just DOOR. I was preparing $40 Tips for the workers but I gave only $10. I am not sure why SAMSUNG is using the worst delivery company for the customers.

Very slow loading. Waiting almost an hour past my appointment time just to get on a dock. They load about 1 pallet every 15 minutes or so. After an hour and a half I went to check on progress and he guy with the long beard was incredibly rude. I just asked about how much longer and said said however long it takes.

I purchase an item on Houzz and i didnt know its going to be delivered with this comlicated carrer. I have been on phone with their office for more than 2 hours, and still didnt get my item, Who does delivery between 9 am to 5 pm these days and has to get your signiture, otherwise you will never see your item, Come on Stop your bussiness and start getting lost.

This company should not even be in business! My delivery was scheduled and confirmed to be delivered on 1/10/19 and they have not delivered it to my home. I purchased merchandise on 1/3/19 from Amazon and the seller paid AGS to deliver it to my home. The employees are rude and the supervisor Gaylon was very rude, argumentative and unprofessional. So I have filed a formal complaint against this company.

AGS claimed that they tried to contact me multiple times about my package, an item that I bought through Samsung. I never had a missed phone call from them or a voicemail. I reached out to customer service to help me figure out why I hadn't received my package. Apparently the associate did not have thorough access to tell me where exactly my package was located.
He gave me another number to call (main office for AGS I guess). I had to call another time because they were closed at that point. I called and explained my situation to the lady and she was not helpful at all. She was the one that told me that the dispatcher had attempted to reach out to me multiple times and since they didn't hear from me Samsung told them to send it back.
But I had to tell her that Samsung would not have to request it's item back had they actually contact me because I still want my item. At that point my item was already in Tennessee. The lady was pointing fingers at Samsung when AGS was at fault. She told me I had to call Samsung directly to have it shipped back to me. Samsung customer service told me they couldn't ship it back and instead I had to place another order for it. Samsung representative told me a lot of their customers also complain about AGS customer service or lack thereof. Too bad Samsung is stuck with a contract with them, even if AGS is cheaper than other shipping companies.
