Bay & Bay Transfer

We delivered a 6 skids of ceramic tiles to the Kohl's we get to the shipper 1 day early and they told us if we assist to take off the 6 skids they will take the load so we offered the assistance so the did not touch any thing, but the broker Bay and Bay shorted our payment by $200 saying we delivered early! does not exist any where and in the rate confirmation does not exist. the name of this person is DEDREK BERNDTSON, this is a theft

I've been working in the Office as a Driver Manager here since the day I parked my truck. I will say this to anyone in the transportation industry all a round. It's a great place to work for. But, you'll only get out of it what you put in. Don't go there with the expectation of 5 star results if you yourself can not give 5 star work. That goes for all areas of employment.

The Anderson's are a great family, very down to earth and appreciate the people that work hard for them. Keep the rubber down and the shiny up. P.S. Thank you to the drivers for doing what you do. We're all a team, stay strong and roll on.

Good place to work for lease operator position 2 day orientation period. they give you a rental car and hotel room or fly you out and get a hotel room. got in the truck ASAP fyi go thru the truck with a fine tooth comb. already had a load with in the next day. can't wait until this truck is paid off. Then this truck can sit and I will go lease another one ha ha.

Driver managers are awesome actual communication thru phone calls meaning talking to a human not just the omnitracs system that still not used to yet. Mind you lease operators get the luxury of going 70 at the pedal and 75 on cruise control company drivers get to turtle it but understand 2 different insurance policies between lease operators and company drivers

I just think BAY&BAY IS A AWESOME PLACE TO WORK IAM NOT JUST SAYING IT.IT TRULY GOOD PEOPLE TO WORK FOR THEY HAVE DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO

My husband and I were stranded in Dallas, Tx by a former employer. The employees at Bay and Bay went above and beyond to to get us in a truck and back on the road! The employees at Bay and Bay transportation treat you as part of the family. It is the most amazing company we have worked with. We are so thankful for being a part of the Bay and Bay family!

I want to say thank you to Jordan Foley how made my day. Because of this men I'm stuck in Nc with a trailer full of candy and they want to use my trailer as a storage till Friday. The problem is they mess up the appt time and want me to stay till Friday. They don't want to solve the problems other way. For example bringing the load back to shipper or finding a storage to drop the load. They want me to stay here 4 days. Thank you guys. You are the best. Wish u to go out of business soon and I will send you candy.

Would not suggest working with such a irresponsible company! Instead of scheduling an appointment for a delivery that they mistaken they would rather keep you more days on wait. They forget about being human and about families that drivers have.

Never worked here. Why don't you teach your drivers how to drive. One of your drivers changed lanes in Wyoming today and almost took off my fender I know it's a waste of my time to talk to the safety dept. You people gave this jackass a job.

They make you feel like family even if you're just a ride-along. It's always a pleasure to visit the terminal.

I've been here a little over 3 months and so far it's been iffy *Pros: *They keep you running *.55cpm *Home time you can count on *Cons: *Their systems shut down three times in one month **The way the trucks are set up Frightliner: *2.10 rear gear *Automatic 12 speed *Cheap driver seat (passenger seat is the stock Freightliner seat) *65 mph pedal 68 mph cruise(Company) 70 mph pedal 75 mph cruise (lease) But if you hit your gas pedal you'll revert back to 65!

So you can't get around anybody doing 65 because you're 4 seconds behind the truck you're trying to pass Kenworth t680 *2.85 rear gear *Automatic 12 speed *Leather heater/cooled seats I've heard drivers talk about not getting paid I've only had this happen once and it was from what settlement said my DM's fault but the app that use the scan and paperwork is absolutely garbage

Chit chatted with a driver. He was the nicest guy. He gave me a soup bone for my newly adopted Saint Bernard.

I used to work at Bay and Bay in 2012 to 2014 and. Was called away for Business. Bay and Bay always was just one of those Places that was the We Treat You Like Family. Always called me by name. In my day there; You always went home when you needed and stayed in the System as long as you wanted. They always had the Freight. If you wanted to lease; As long as you worked; Titles were passed out as promised. Thanks Jean for always being honest and real.

The drivers need to learn how to pay attention to their surroundings and stay off their phones while driving. One pulled out in front of me almost causing a accident. They where on there cellphone not even paying attention. Im not one to leave reviews and I am a truck driver myself but peoples lives are at steak here one wrong move and you kill someone. Too many new truckers don't understand that concept.

Poor experience today. We booked a local run in Ohio today with Jon Young which was then cancelled about 15-20 minutes before the driver was set to arrive to the shipping facility. This is after 2 hours providing updates on our progress and going nearly 60 miles in the opposite direction. They will not pay a TONU now because the driver wasn't on site.

I have tried reaching someone in their office only to be transferred around. Update: I was finally able to get a hold of one of the managers there (James W.) who was able to quickly resolve the issue and submit TONU. I'm hoping that this experience was the exception and not something to be expected for future reference.

Great company to work for! I've been a technician at the Denton yard for about 4 years now and this company really does their best to take care of its employees. We appreciate our drivers and the feedback we receive from them really shows. Bay&Bay truly feels like one big family.

Bay & Bay is such an awesome company with quite the amazing folks. The culture they have created is wonderful as everyone is treated with respect and and care. They are one of the top in the industry and their care for the drivers is impeccable. They are continually looking for ways to improve the driver experience all while keeping safety top notch. I am very lucky to be able to work with them each week and their partnership means so much! Couldn't recommend Bay & Bay enough! Such a great client!

My experience with Bay&Bay was nothing but fantastic. I really liked the family atmosphere and how you could walk into the office, both Bulk and Freight and talk to whoever you needed to, Dispatchers, Payroll, HR etc and they knew me on a 1st name basis. Bay&Bay gave me the opportunity to do some very unique and interesting things while I was there.

On the Bulk side of the business, I got to dive in to running multiple different trailer types, which gave me some great experience. Their pay was competitive and I never had an issue with payroll. I was a company driver, but something that always stood out to me were the amount of Lease-Purchase guys who would actually finish/pay off their lease. You can tell from the veteran drivers and their longevity with the company, that Bay&Bay is doing something right!
