Horrible. THREE times my package arrived with contents broken due to inadequate packaging. First time 2 of 4 items were broken. Retailer sent me 2 new ones. Next shipment 1 of 2 items were broken. Retailer sent me a new one. Third time the single item was broken. Now I'm just giving up and getting a refund. Having worked for a warehousing/distributor before, I know how items should be packaged. Completely unacceptable packaging at the most basic level.

Don't go thru these jokers for a broker service! They lie about delivery times, give fictitious contact names, they are a joke! I hope we never deal with them again!

It's a good company to work for. As long as your not lazy, and to be honest most of the is spent driving. When there's a problem it's most likely the shippers.

Broken trucks, they have super single tire which makes driving very dangerous. Dispatchers have no cares about drivers and loads. They text you back 30 min later when you finish the delivery. Because they dont need to. They take it easy, have fun and make good money.

Tractor trailer truck driver from Bettaway did not bother cleaning off the sheets of ice on the roof of the truck today. Truck was driving in the middle lane on 78 E and flinging sheets and big chunks of ice off the roof. Some of the ice hit my windshield so I honked at the driver to let him know, hoping he would pull over and remove the ice from his roof, but he just kept driving and completely disregarded the safety of other drivers on the road. How inconsiderate and rude!

Driver with New Jersey tag TVR 69H was very aggressive towards our vehicle for simply doing the speed limit he kept tailgating and flashing his high beams as a means of intimidation is that the standard your company strives to uphold? Very unprofessional and unnecessarily putting others in danger with his aggressive driving

A very hostile work environment in the Dispatch operations department. Back stabbing coworkers who are constantly pointing the finger at others only to cloak their moves and flaws in the shadows. Senior employees who are looking constantly to make others fail. Department managers have no experience whatsoever in the transportation industry and no managerial skills whatsoever.

Department mangers are very condescending and insulting. No wonder they are always looking to hire dispatchers. Nobody sticks around to continue enduring the abuse and hostility. If you resign they will find a way to cheat you out of your accumulated paid time off.

I don't know what Ivan is talking about below. Bettaway is a great place to work. The dispatch office is great, especially when dealing with the dude with colored hair, I think his name was Kim or Tim. Ivan just seems like a disgruntled employee who didn't know how to do the job.

I've been driving for BETTAWAY for over a month now. I must say that despite a few flaws in which everyone has, this is the best company that I've worked for since I got my CDL's over 3years ago! Most of the Dispatch Staff are very kind, energetic, and understanding! They outweigh the 2 nice-nasty jokas that don't know how to treat people (drivers) with respect! BETTAWAY has always provided me with very nice trucks to get the job done! I hope that I can retire from this company when I'm too old to drive! There is a better way at BETTAWAY!

I wouldn't even give one star. Some the the worst steering wheel holders anyone could ever hire. You can't even classify them as drivers. Absolutely no brains in these people it's terrible.
