By far the best shipping solution to the Abaco Islands! After Dorian decimated the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas, they stepped up and began shipping to Cooperstown Port. They had streamlined the shipping process and are hands-on, always available to advise and help.

These guys have been PHENOMENAL in getting stuff to our yacht Cetevil whenever we are in the Abacos. Prices are really reasonable and service is GREAT. Very professional and great at sorting out any potential hurdles!

Jack at Bimini Shipping has been so helpful in my process of getting a 40 foot container and truck to Eleuthera. Critical: Quality, Responsiveness It takes a long long time for someone to respond to your inquiries. They dont have a good tracking system to confirm if your items arrived to them. Good luck getting delivery receipts or getting reimbursement for items that you have delivery recipts for but they cant find the item. You can take the risk if you have money to lose.

I was shipping 100 case of water to the Bahamas with Bimini Shipping. I experienced tire failure which created a problem in getting there on time before closing. After calling and explaining my situation, the receptionist transferred me to the manager on duty. He was such an awesome individual. He agreed to wait for me and, because staff left for the day, he operated the forklift to unload my cargo. I highly recommend Bimini Shipping, LLC

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I have reached out to them multiple times to get some documents, they do not respond or they say the person that handles that is not in the office. Not professional. After 5 attempts, still no response.

I have worked with Bimini shipping for the freight forward services from Florida to Chub Cay, Bahamas. I have ordered the furniture that was delivered to Bimini in October except for the dining table which was delivered 1 week later. I have the proof of delivery that was sent to me by the furniture company. We have received the furniture, but not the table.

For past 7 months I'm trying to contact Bimini in regards the table. Last time they informed me they couldn't locate it and that I should file an insurance claim. I did so in February but haven't received any answer. Over this period I called Bimini over 20 times, spending 20 minutes holding, and NOT EVEN ONCE they let me speak to someone besides the operator.

Their managers are either always busy with the clients or on the phone. The cost of the table with tax is over 5000$ and I can't just let it go. They basically stole the table and over 10 hours of my time + put me in compromising situation with the client who I ordered this furniture for. Now I have filed the complaints to the Attorney General of Florida and Federal Maritime Commission's, Office of Consumer Affairs and Dispute Resolution Services, and waiting for the solution.

I recently used Bimini Shipping to transport some pallets to Freeport, Bahamas. I am trilled that they added this port to their schedule. The terminal, which is located 5 minuted from Miami International Airport, is really close to major shopping centers. I especially like their proximity to Jetro. That is where most Bahamians shop for their groceries because of their low prices and excellent selection of goods. 5 Stars for Bimini Shipping! Thanks Jack and Susie.
