February, 6:45 PM, raining, 95 North, crossing under route 607, Bluefield Transport truck tailgating my daughter in the middle lane. He followed her when she moved into the right lane. Road conditions are wet, visibility very poor. Before anyone says the obvious, he has passed multiple exits so the driver is clearly not in the right lane because he is planning to exit.
