Bones Transportation Bones Transportation Inc. is a family-owned and operated trucking company that has operated at the same location in Ottawa, Kansas for over 50 years. We operate over 40 end-dump trailers throughout the 48 states, transporting a wide variety of dry bulk commodities. Our trucks are a mix of company drivers, owner-operators and brokered carriers. We are always looking for owner-operators as well as company drivers. Please contact us if you are interested! This list of commodities covers most of our hauls, but not everything.

Bones Transportation has hauled ball dirt and warning track material to numerous ball parks across the country. In the last few years we have supplied high-quality ball dirt to recreational facilities and universities around the Midwest. Word of mouth among those we have supplied has been very good, largely because the dirt, Red Ball Diamond Aggregate (RBDA) is one of the best playing surfaces in the nation.
Driver Qualifications: Drivers must be at least 23 years of age, have a minimum of two years over-the-road experience and have a current CDL. It is preferred that a driver not have any major violations in the last three years and no more than three minor violations in the last three years. Wages & Benefits: We try to be competitive with our wages.

Bones Transportation hauls a large variety of landscape rock across the country. If you're looking for a certain color of decorative stone or a particular type such as pea gravel, cobblestone, flagstone, boulders or crushed stone for precasting, we can supply your needs. Our end dump trailers allow us to haul up to 24 tons of rock per shipment.

Critical: Professionalism Tell other companies false information about previous employees to cover their shoddy company. Don't answer calls from drivers when broke down, don't fix their trucks
