Brady's Moving & Storage

I've been renting trucks from Bradys moving and storage for 15 years. Tiffany has always went above and beyond to make sure we get a truck. The relationship that I have with them is amazing. Highly recommended!

Affordable, friendly, fast, courteous, professional, prompt, respectful, extremely cautious with your belongings. We definitely would use BRADY'S MOVING AND STORAGE. FYI we are not related.

We have used Brady's Moving three times, two long-distance and one local. AMAZING company. From the owner, the estimator, the office, the drivers and the movers, they all are professional, trustworthy, and reliable. I just can't praise this company enough. Our possessions were treated with the utmost care. They were on-time, polite, and hard workers all around.

Called, spoke to a receptionist who said the estimator was out of the office and would call me to get more info and a quote. 48 hours later I called back and left a message saying I was expecting someone to call to get an estimate set up and I hadn't heard from anyone and to call me. Still no call. I guess they don't need the business.

I definitely put my trust in the right moving company and highly recommend Brady's. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. My gear arrived in perfect condition, they met my tight budgetary constraints, and even stored my things until I got settled!

I used Brady's to move from So CA to Chico and had them store my belongings for several months while I purchased a home. Problem was they lost items during that time and never found them. When they delivered my furniture to my new home 12/18 they had someone else's furniture mixed in with mine. I let them know and they returned later with some of my missing items.

But an expensive sound system was never found. I was never even told they investigated it. So who knows what happened to my items. The owner offered to put in a insurance claim giving me 20 cents per pound.ha, what a joke. My $700 Sonos sound bar would have paid me about $2. Only when I threatened to sue them in small claims court did they send me some money. Thank goodness I had taken out renters insurance but you don't get full value and have a deductible. So beware if you use Brady's.

The company that I work for rents trucks from Brady's constantly. Often at the last minute. They are always incredibly helpful and friendly. They make everything easy and are as flexible as they can be.

I was very impressed with the service from Jim at Bradys moving and storage. I had a hot tub moved from Chico down to Pacifica California and it looks great where they placed it in the backyard. I didn't even have to be home when they arrived. They exactly what to do. I would definitely recommend Brady's moving and storage to everyone and plan to use them again in the future

I would highly recommend Brady's they did an Awesome job moving my Piano! I called at the last minute and they were so accommodating I could not believe it! They took great care of picking up my piano and delivering it to my new home. I have had Piano movers move my piano in the past, and they never had all the tools to be able, and willing to move my Baby Grand up stairs the way Brady's did! Jimmy and his helper were so kind and caring to work with! I know now who I will always call for moving anything! I would give them way above 5 stars!

I wish I could give more stars! They were precisely on time and more importantly on schedule. They were very friendly, very careful and because it was raining very diligent about not tracking in muck. The estimate was spot on! We couldn't be Happier. They were awesome about hauling upstairs everything we needed (all the heavy stuff lol) they made it look easy. As far as cost goes, they demolish that other company. Anyway, thank you for making our 40 mile move a lot less stressful.

On short notice helped me move my elderly autistic uncle from his life long home. We're very courteous and patient with him. We only had two glasses break.we packed so it's our fault, and two items with minor damage, far better than I anticipated for hasty packing and moving.

DO NOT USE BRADY'S! We have used Brady's in the past where we did the packing, and they moved and stored our things with no problems. This time, we had them do everything, pack, move, and store. It was a nightmare! Most important, no one cared about the extensive damage. We lost so much! My suggestions are: 1. Do it yourself. Hire the truck and labor.

Do the packing and/or monitor the packing. It's hard work, but the anguish of loosing so much is worse. 2. If moving yourself is not possible, and you have to use Brady's or any other moving company, buy as much insurance as you possibly can. All moving companies carry the same ridiculous insurance where they pay only $0.60/pound on the damaged item.

Consider a brand new, flat screened tv that weighs approximately 4 pounds. When the movers destroy it, their insurance company will pay only $2.40 to replace it. Consider your options before hiring. Your household goods are just things, but if you have to replace those things, it will take a while to recover and have a functioning household.

I did not have have Brady's/Airex move me, but rented a Penske truck from them for a one way move from CA to TX. This was an involved process with a lot of equipment, options, insurances, etc. Allis was the clerk who helped us and she was a GEM! Helpful, Courteous and informative at every step of the process - even when there was a hick up. We saved more than 50% over what UHaul would have extorted from us, had superior equipment, MUCH MUCH better SERVICE, trucks that actually ran on cheaper diesel and all in all a trouble free experience from beginning to end - We would NEVER recommend using ANYBODY ELSE ANYMORE.
