We called Campbell RV because we saw an RV online that we liked, but we needed measurements to make sure it would work for us. Derik was happy to get the measurements for us right away. We applied for financing and had our new RV in days. Derik was great and communicative at every step! Nice family owned place.

Some places have service and some places have outstanding service. Campbell RV is one of those places the people are fantastic. I bought a 2018 small toy hauler, And as with any used vehicle I figured I was buying it as is, it was in great shape to me but after the deal was done they took it in for an inspection and installed two brand new tires a new water heater a new deep cycle battery a couple new sensors and a couple new lights and they informed me that they had put a roof on this a year ago for the previous owner. service like this is very hard to find people that go out of their way for you are even harder to find Campbell RV has it all. This was my first experience purchasing an RV so it is completely unbiased just my experience dealing with some really fine folks thank you Campbelle RV.

My home was vandalized and completely unlivable- I needed a solution FAST. Derik was compassionate, kind and worked quickly to set me up in my 33 foot Winnebago trailer. It has been life changing. It's a palace on wheels! He was so friendly and gave very personal service and a great deal. The sale process was quick, easy and no pressure. Don't go anywhere else- Derik is a star!

I cringe every time I go by Campbell RV off of 75. Do yourself a favor and pass this place up! I still have such hard feeling about this dealership who tried to pass off a big infested moldy 5th wheel on us after losing almost everything we owned in Irma in the Keys. We were ready to get media involved and FEMA who gave us a small loan to buy another rv.

To this day, I strongly believe they thought we were given free money from FEMA and wanted to take advantage of us. They lied and thought they were making it right for us, but it still left a very bad taste in our mouths even a year and half later. BUYER BEWARE!

There interest rates are to high, I got 8.5% and it should have been 7.5% The "KID" that showed us how too operate the travel trailer know less than I did. I asked to have the battery checked because that was a concern of mine when I purchased the trailer, they sent a tech over with a voltage meter.(if you know anything about testing a battery you need a load tester) Then they showed me how to hook up the weight distribution hitch incorrectly. They didn't even help me check the directional signals or the stop lights. All they wanted was to get me off the lot.

I just bought an RV approximately three years ago. I've used it almost the entire time on the road. When I returned home to Sarasota I needed some work done, both warranty work and other. The service department, especially Nancy is a pleasure to deal with. We all know the stories of RV repairs in the nightmares that go with it. We are so lucky to have Campbell RV right here in Sarasota. I would recommend this company to everyone in need of service!

We received an SBA loan due to Hurricane Irma and purchased a used fifth wheel from here. We paid 500 for a full inspection before we took it home. When we went to take the walk through after the inspection, the maintenance guy said it still needed a lot of work but we were assured there were no leaks and we could bring it home. We decided to take up the carpet (due to having a puppy) and put down wood planks.

Guess what. The floor was full of wet, rotten moldy wood as were the side walls. They knew this beforehand bc they showed us the tape on the outside, but assured us the leaks were fixed. Mr. Campbell came out to see it and said "but I don't see any mold". We asked for our money back and he refused. He said he would trade us rv's. Guess what?

The new rv he wanted to trade would cost us another $1000. We had all but 400 and he refused to accept it. Wanting the full amount. We wanted new and his salesman Marcelo sent us a picture of one that we could trade for and get the difference in price back. Guess what? Mr. Campbell flat out refused. And said he would not fix the trailer we had because it was setting out in the elements.

Believe me, he didn't have this rv sitting inside before we bought it. We are beyond hurt, mad and flustered. We have a 30 yr loan to pay on a trailer that should be salvaged. Thank you Mr Campbell. Buyer beware!

I did have some issues with the motorhome I purchased, but they were resolved to my satisfaction.

Very impressed with Campbell's work ethics and excellent customer service (especially now that Nancy is there). They have repeatedly helped us - not just making repairs but by giving us info and recommendations so that we can better maintain our RV.

We cannot say enough about how they came to our rescue with a minor awning repair in such a timely way. This enabled us to continue with our travel plans. We had an airbag repair done seversl months ago. They are great communicators so you know how your repair is progressing.
