Great Dealership. I have known the dealer in this location for years, and he is very fair. They have good cars, and very competitive prices. Dealer is also very organized, friendly and reliable.

Was great until I signed my contract. Then it felt like I was chasing the agent down to get any sort of updates or communication. I spoke with Jake and told him I had to get my car moved latest the 18th of June because I was flying out the next day. No communication, I called in, was told for sure it would be moved the following day, the 19th of June.

Next day, same scenario except Jake was not out of office, and I had to call Pilar. Again, was told my car wouldn't be moved even though it was already one day past. They had the audacity to say "can you hide your key and leave it at a park, " we will likely get it Monday. Imagine the stress of moving, trying to make my flight, and also now scrambling to have my car moved because this company COMPLETELY LET ME DOWN. It was my first experience shipping a car and I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Never use them if you want to know where your vehicle is. Our family used this company to coordinate our car to be transported from Hawaii to South Carolina. We were able to track the vehicle from HI to CA because Matson, the shipping company provided online tracking. However once our vehicle was at the port and a trucking company was suppose to pick it up and take it to SC.

Our vehicle was ported on July 2, 2019 and I called the AA transport agent and was told the vehicle would be picked up however it was sitting at the port for 8 days. Our agent lied and told us that the car was in transit to SC when it was still at the port. I will never use this transport company again! We got our vehicle with no problems due to CATZ trucking company who was in constant contact with us.

Please think twice before you use this transporter or really any transporter. My car arrived really grimy but I signed off because I thought it was simply dirty. But I happened to take my car to a body shop for something else shortly after receiving it. The body shop told me that the roof was damaged, and someone had tried to cover it up. The grime was not just the grime but in fact a bad paint job on the roof, and excess paint on the rest of the car. Fixing the paint job and the damage beneath it would cost $3,000 to fix.

The transporter won't own up to the damages, because they said I signed off when I received the car. My collision insurance won't cover it because they said they cover damage but not a bad paint job. My body shop told me that cars do get damaged frequently from the hooks and the chains involved in transport. They may also get scraped on the trailer. So I will never use a transporter again and I would recommend you think twice about it too.

DON'T! Operating as US Canada Transport. Do not ask yourself why they quote lower than other companies. This is the worst service EVER. Waited for three months to get the car delivered, ended up picking it up myself 8 hours away from final destination. Was lied to every step of the way, worst customer service i've see In a while. They do not care whatsoever, but are fast as hell taking money from your credit card. Asking for a refund Look somewhere else

I contracted then to ship my motorcycle from Louisiana to San Jose, California. As the bike made it's way west, I followed the tracking. It was supposed to be delivered on the 7th of November. The day before, the 6th, it showed it being in San Jose. The next morning, it showed it being back in Phoenix with a new delivery date over a week away from that day.

I called them and they said the delivery was behind schedule. The bike was supposedly actually in Phoenix and would be in Los Angeles for two days and then in San Jose sometime at the end of the following week. As I watched the tracking over the next week, their website showed the bike going from Phoenix to Dallas all the way to Atlanta. The tracking continued to show it coming back to Dallas again and then Phoenix, and then San Jose, skipping Los Angeles entirely.

My bike is a Hayabusa with an aftermarket undertail held on by 6 push pins. When the bike showed up, that undertail was loose and all 6 push pins were broken in half. The license plate was bent forward under the wheel. They had neglected to give the delivery drivers the inventory/condition ledger they were supposed to have done on the bike when they picked it up, so there's no way of knowing when the damage occurred.

Every time I talked to someone with AA Motorcycle Shipping, they were not very helpful and were downright discourteous at several points. The things they told me did not align with what their own websites tracking said. Another friend of mine had his Harley shipped out here by them and they kept calling the telephone for the pick up location, not the delivery point where he was at. It was a fiasco all the way around. There are much better shipping companies out there. AA is cheap, in this case you get what you pay for.

Perhaps the rudest customer service reps ever. The assured me that they would phone me to set up pick up & delivery on the day that the motorcycle would be picked up & delivered. No calls were made causing problems on each end. The bike sat in different cities for days at a time. The tracking is either f**ked up or my bike got a scenic tour of middle America. Bottom line, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We booked delivery of motorcycle from State College, PA to Miami, Fl. We did everything on-line and called next day to confirm our order. The bike was picked up during 3 business days and came to us from about 13 days (Pick up day from bike shop was Aug, 19 and delivery day was Sep, 1). The condition of bike is very good (no scratches or smth else during transportation). So, there are no any claims about the quality of delivery and about terms of delivery as well. Sorry to read all bad review (and honestly we were afraid to receive broken bike) but we're lucky persons who got everything on 5 stars!

The worst customer service with poor communication. I should've backed out at the first sign of trouble. I booked my shipping online to ship a motorcycle from Hawaii to Oregon. I expected some sort of confirmation but got none. Then I received an email asking for the full VIN#. I replied back and once again no confirmation. A week before my shipping date I sent an email asking for confirmation along with drop-off instructions.

No response. 4 days later I called the office. The girl who answered the phone gave me attitude saying I should receive something a couple day before, "Today is only Tues". Really?! Is that how you talk to customers? But fine, I was courteous and said okay. The next day (Wed) I received an email saying I needed to book an appt with Pasha if I wanted to make this weekend's sailing. Wait! What?!

No one ever told me I needed to book an appt with Pasha. Was this the drop-off instructions she said I would receive a day or two before? Why couldn't she have told me that over the phone? So instead I had to scramble to make an appt and drop off the bike that day. Finally, bike dropped off. Rest of the way should be good right? Wrong! When I checked the tracking it showed it was received in San Diego.

I waited for 2 weeks expecting it to be delivered at any day. When it didn't show, I finally called and Julia said she'd have to call me back because the paperwork was messed up. 3 hours later I called back and she said she's waiting for confirmation that it will be on the truck the following day. She said she will definitely call me back by tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow came and went, no call. I called back AGAIN the next morning, and she cut me off saying she spoke with me yesterday afternoon saying it was going to be on the truck. Not true. Only then while on the phone did she email me the tracking info. Not once was I apologized to or explained as to why my bike sat in San Diego for 2 weeks with no movement. If I hadn't called when I did, it probably would have sat there for even longer.

I had nothing but great service from AA Auto Transport. I shipped my son's motorcycle from NY to San Diego. Everything went as planned. I was not the easiest customer as I must have called over a dozen times just to "be sure" all was going as planned. Pick up occurred within a 48 hour period of promised date; which is how it was explained. Drop off also occured exactly within date of promise.

I was able to track the motorcycle whereabouts on the website and when it looked like it was "stuck in Texas", I called and was very very satisfied with the customer service I received. I Saved all paperwork so I can use this service again. AND THE BEST OF ALL: the price was $200 cheaper than any other estimate I received. Raissa NY

THE WORST "COMPANY" Attempted to ship a car and motorcycle using this company under the terms that they would be picked up by Wednesday the 28th at the latest. They failed to provide this service and then tried to fradulantly charge my cc using different company names. This was after Debbie insulted me over the phone to my husband, truly the worst customer service. After checking out their company under their other name WEST END ST LTD we came to find their operating status is *****NOT AUTHORIZED**** DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"

In early January I contacted A-A Auto Transport regarding transporting my 94 Firebird from Maryland to San Diego. I spoke with a wonderful customer service agent named Melissa. She informed me that it normally took 12-14 days for delivery and that it would cost me $835. I questioned her about insurance and delivery procedures and she was extremely helpful.

She told me that my car was fully insured and that if the car was not received after 14 days, I would be rented a vehicle at their charge. This is one of the main reasons I chose A-A Auto Transport. Their price was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they had a good rating with the BBB and I thought the price was reasonable. Melissa said the car needed to be picked up between January 28th and the 30th in order for it to be delivered on February 10th, my requested delivery date.

On January 27th, at approximately 8am, I received a phone call from Accurate Towing, stating that they would be picking up my car for the transport. I informed them of the date written on my contract with A-A Auto Transport and the towing company said that my car would be leaving for San Diego that afternoon and would possibly arrive early. On February 9th, the day before my car was to be delivered, I phoned A-A Auto Transport to find out if it would in fact be delivered on the 10th.

I was told that a driver would contact me 24 hours before delivery, and after not receiving this phone call, I checked in with the transport company. I spoke with Isaac who connected me to Hamid, the truck driver. Hamid informed me that there had been some dilemmas with the truck and that an additional driver needed to be flown to Tennessee to drive the truck to California.

He also said that my car would be delivered by Friday, February 14th at the latest. After speaking with Hamid, I called Isaac to find out how I would be rented a car, at their expense. Isaac informed me that in order for them to rent me a car, I had to have paid for the optional service, costing an extra $300. This came as a shock, as nobody had mentioned this before.

I had also spoken with another customer service agent, who quoted me $835 for the transportation and talked of a rental car after 14 days of picking up my car. Isaac assured me that neither Melissa, nor the other customer service agent, had said this to me, and that if I wanted this service, I had to have paid an additional $300 before shipping my car.

On Thursday, Hamid called to say that he was running behind schedule and that my car would be delivered on Saturday, the 15th. On Saturday afternoon, after not receiving a phone call as to when he would be delivering the car, I called him on his cell phone. He said that he was done delivering cars for the day and that my car would be delivered on Sunday, the 16th.

At approximately 2pm on Sunday, I phoned the driver to ask about his delivery time and Arman, the drivers brother informed me that Hamid had been in an accident and was now in the hospital, but that my car was only in Los Angeles, not San Diego. He said that in order for me to receive my car in a timely manner, I would have to drive 99 miles each way to LA, to pick it up.

I had to have a friend drive me 99 miles to LA and we each drove 99 miles back to San Diego. When I checked my credit card statement, to see if the charges had been made, I saw that my credit card had been charged an authorized $200 for the deposit before shipping my car, and an additional $660.05 on February 5th, 2003. This charge was made 11 days before I received my car and therefore, before they had authorization to charge my card.

Bottom line: The company led me to believe my car would arrive in a timely manner, or I would receive a rental at their expense. They charged my credit card BEFORE receiving proper authorization. Never delivered my car to my door, as stated in the contract. Refused to settle on any sort of reimbursement. Poor customer service.

Use AA Motorcycle Transport ONLY IF you enjoy being lied to. First they forget to place the order with the carrier and figure this out when we check on the order. So now one week late on pickup / delivery. So I check on the order and am now told that "Presidents Day" backed them up so it will be delevered the following week, 2 weeks late now. Their customer service is horrible.

I delt with the San Diego branch. They promise a given day for pickup and delivery when quoting, but the contract shows a 5 day window on each end. Then they miss it by a week on pickup and an additional week on delivery. And they just DON'T CARE!

Awful service. I got a call from the driver who was picking up my truck and he let me know that his truck wouldn't be able to fit down my street, no problem, but he told me that I had to meet him in 30 minutes or he would be leaving without my tuck. So this gave me no time to arrange for someone to pick me up after I was left without a car. So, being the middle of the work day, I had to cab all the way home and pick up my truck only to get it to him just in time, he was a complete prick, and then cab ALL the way home.

I was told that from the time I submitted all my paper work it would take 3-5 days for my car to be picked up, it didn't get picked up until 10 days later. After a few days I call to get a status, because no one stays in touch with you are the whereabouts of your vehicle, and I was told that it was in a warehouse waiting for a driver, okay fair enough.

A week later I call back and my car is still sitting in the damn warehouse. A few more days passed, put in another call and finally found a driver but his truck broke down so waited a few more days until my car was finally enroute. From the time it took my car to leave the warehouse to get to me was 9 days. I was told my care would be delivered in 10 to 15 days, it took almost 4 weeks for my car to be delivered. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

This company was highly recommended to me by a past customer. Unfortunately, their customer service is sorely lacking. I paid on full on 1/16/15 and have received no updates or phone calls. They promised to schedule my car in 7 days and have it delivered in 10-14 days after scheduling. So far they have done nothing. Phone calls to their 800 numbers get me no answers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Never again

AA transport was used to ship my vehicle from San Ramon, CA to Surrey, BC (Canada). The car was delivered (06/30/14) to their recommended terminal/storage warehouse (indoor) and left in excellence condition and in the care of the owner. Video images of the vehicle were recorded and so was an inspection report completed by the terminal/storage yard vendor (VU Towing).

There were no reported damages noted on the car, but only minor (superflous) scratches, as a result of normal driving. Upon receipt of the vehicle in Canada, I noticed deep gouge-like damages on the car, on the bottom of the vehicle (right/left rocker panels) between the front door and the front panel. These damages were consistent with poor handling of the vehicle due to loading/off-loading the vehicle. An independent analysis of the damages with a local towing company (and 3 separate autobody repair shops) also confirmed that these damages were due to loading/off-loading the vehicle from commerical carriers without exercising reasonable care of the vehicle.

The car was picked up a day later (07/01/14) by AA Transport and their pre-delivery inspection report notes scratches only, which are consistent with normal wear/tear, but not Gouges. Their inspection report has a code for Gouges, but the driver only noted scratches. There are also 'scratches' in other areas of the vehicle, which has been noted with the "S" Code.

Upon repeated attempts made to help AA Transport understand the pre-post delivery issues, they have neglected to accept responsibility of the damages sustained to the vehicle whilst in their care. These damages amount to over $600. As a last resort, I spoke to the President, Edith Friedman. She was gracioius to have accepted my call, but denied, suggesting they are not responsible and recommended that I should take the matter up with VU Towing, whom they originally suggested for safe keep of my vehicle and also reinforced that they've had no prior issues with them. I would, categorically, not use this establishment for shipping your prized belongings. Take every precaution and exercise due-diligence.
