1st truck(flatbed) to check in 8am. Told me where I need to stage so I can get loaded. After sitting for an hour nobody still not put 1 piece of freight on my trailer and nobody had answers to what's the hold up. Finally started getting loaded once I went to the office to see do they know information. It's going on 2 hours(9:50am) and I'm still not fully loaded and I'm only getting 13 crates of plywood

They don't make you wait all day to get loaded. Easy in and out with the proper paperwork.

Place is a mess! Worst distribution center. It's crazy trying to get in and out. No organization and very unprofessional! Disrespectful communication. Just tell the truth! Only one nice guy works there. Didn't catch his name but at least he was honest. Would not recommend especially for independent drivers.

Tried to set them up with my company. IT takes ten minutes to onboard with DAT to get set up with us. I quoted our shipment off of Jason Todd's quote and won the bid and they turned me down at the last minute because he is too lazy to enter his information in DAT. Definition of Lazy. I would be mindful of this if you want them to be responsible for your cargo.
