Went down to start working for them. They had me drive all the way in a rental. Didnt know i was even coming down. Poor communication.

Carroll Fulmer was/is probably the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working for. The people care. They honestly really care. For once, when a company says "We value family" they actually mean it. They maintain the equipment very well, and do not hesitate to get you into the closest shop whenever you are having issues. Need a PM on the road?

No issue, they asked me where I plan on stopping that evening and setup the appointment for me ahead of time. When my wife ended up in the hospital, they did everything they could to get me home ASAP so I can be with her. Due to personal life mistakes, I had to leave their employ. I would do anything to come back.

Critical: Professionalism The dispatcher does not answer the phone they have horrible communication skills and trucks have bed bugs the dispatcher Scott will not respond to you if you mess up with something horrible dispatcher I've deal with this company and I'm very disappointed and. Will not refer a driver there until things gets better

Can't say a whole lot bad about them, worked for them 8 years, the pay could have been better, but they stuck behind me through a few rough times so, I'll say if I ever leave Alaska and back to Florida I'd go back to them.

Their truck drivers are ridiculous. They ran me off the road almost causing me to crash into some traffic cones. I honestly cannot believe this company would hire reckless drivers that put the lives of everyday motorists at risk. I will never buy from this company and if you believe in high standards, you won't either.
