With a combined experience of over 135 years in the drayage industry, and being personally involved with the day-to-day operation of the firm, we've been capable to grow from four trucks to our present fleet of over 120 trucks.

Critical: Responsiveness My item was scheduled to reach there hub on the 16th and it did and was unloaded by the 18th and now its the 24th and I still haven't even heard from them at all re delivery of my item. they are the worst in customer service. I'm still awaiting.

I'm having wheels and tires shipped through these guys and they called me to set an appointment for the 20th. They never arrived, and the tracking site tells me that they only loaded the truck 10 minutes before they closed. They had a whole day during operating hours past the 20th and they're still not here. It is now the 22nd. This would be one thing if it was some automated service that set the date and time, but someone personally called me and set the date and time and they cant keep their promise. Not only can they not keep appointments, but they work their employees like slaves. Horrible shipping company.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Waste of your money and your time, avoid this company. You will never reach to their deliver. And they will found all the excuses to deliver the last 1 meter.

Decent people, but if they end up not being able to come get your stuff, they won't call and tell you they will just not show up. I was waiting for hours and had to call them and track down the driver just to be told I could have gone home hours ago because he wasn't coming and his truck was full. They need better communication.

I wanted to personally reach out to give a compliment to your company and a specific driver we deal with often. I have had at least 50 deliveries come through this season and I always request the head of logistics with our manufacturer to book with Road runner. The main reason is your Driver Richard P out of one of your Ohio Branches. He has made every single delivery a smooth process and really knows his way around the truck, he gets everything off without damage and deserves the highest praise.

He is all around a great guy to deal with even on a personal note, a very friendly person who has never made my customers or myself feel like our large orders are a bother. We have worked with other trucking companies and drivers and he is by far our favorite. If my company was any bigger I'd try to hire him myself. He represents your company very well. I felt compelled to leave this review of his services. As our season winds down I pray we have him next year when we pick back up.

I signed up with Roadrunner for my commercial accounts under the pretense, they have accurate tracking and on time shipments. neither statement is true. no only is their tracking systems for their webpage one of the most archaic in the industry. my shipment will not deliver on time per customer service, they have no recourse for missed delivery times, they also do not contact you to tell you they cant meet their promises, and their customer service will not escalate the issues! DO NOT USE ROADRUNNER.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible. Said it would be delivered a week before it came. And only delivered after multiple phone calls were made. I have a really Long drive way and asked to drop at the garage. Like every single delivery service already does (Amazing, post office etc.) and they insisted to leave a 110lb grill at the mailbox.

When the driver called customer service and to ask if they could deliver it to my garage he looked at me and said "she said no I don't know what to tell you" - couldn't even put it on my doorstep. Wanted to literally leave it on the curb by the road at the mailbox. Company is lazy. Customer service is non existent. Use anyone else.

This company has had my shipment sitting in their terminal since 9/15. It took them 7 days before the shipment was unloaded on 9/22. Today is 9/28 and Ive yet to receive a call from them to schedule the delivery. Ive calles customer service everyday to get their assistance with connecting me to an appointment manager. The customer service team cant even reach their own internal people at the Decatur terminal.

They got fed up with their own team members and gave me the direct number to the Decatur terminal only to be hung up on 5 times. This is the worst experience ive ever had in my life.

Not surprised at their rating. Shipper beware! it took four days of my calling to find out my order was just sitting there and know what she says "yes it's here it's been here for four days and nobody has come to pick it up" well darling that will require you calling and telling the person the stuff is there not just looking at it collecting dust.

On day 2 of 4 contacting them I had an email sent internally and they couldnt even get their own employees to reply in a timely fashion. They also took my email address to notify me about my shipment on day 3and as of right now the package is in the back of my car and I still don't have any email from them. It's not possible to give 0 Stars unfortunately.

Horrible company. All these negative reviews cannot be wrong. They originally had estimated delivery on a Thursday. Called me that Thursday to set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. Strike one but okay. End of that Tuesday I give them a call to ask about status and the response was: "Oh, the item wasn't picked up by our courier". Wasted an entire day waiting at home for them with not even a phone call. Vendors, take note of all the negative comments.

Do not do business with this company unless you want to lose loyal customers. EDIT: Third time, they've simply not shown up today. Look at the stock price over the past five years. The CEO is doing a wonderful job! The company is run by clueless people.

Do not ship with this trucking company! They are very incompetent and to say the least liars! Why would you route a shipment from Rhode Island to Florida via Chicago? And then lie saying that the truck broke down and all kinds of lame excuses? My shipment know is 10 days late and won't deliver now until Monday for a total of 13 days! When you call customer service, in the pre-recorded message they say how competent reliable and always on time every time they are. Liars!

Well, they need better trucks and tracking, not to go on and on, but my order is over a week late and I am clearly unhappy with the service. I sell items on line and I would never use this company.
