Worse ever in US no customer service unorganized they are anti drivers daiania is one of after hrs customer service she is rude they kill all my drive time I came here 2 pm yesterday now 7:05 am broker did not set or has no confirmation delivery appointment I am stuck in Indianapolis Indiana

Worst company I have ever hauled for. Delt with 3 brokers. Had 2 pu appointments. Pu # was wrong. Cannot get ahold of anybody very poor communication. Had 2 delivery appointments both wrong have a new one now. Hope it is good. Paige Burleigh is the broker I am dealing with now. Was told I would receive layover pay and detention pay but we will see. Never again. I look at the responses everyone gets they all look the same but they just change the name they are going to.

Broker Nichole Modesitt - do not deal with her! Very rude, unprofessional and unfair! Be ready to be short paid on a load without any reason. To get any hold or help - almost impossible from the accounting as well. Very rude people working there!

Not Carrier friendly- Our driver got stuck on the Interstate overnight in snow (Interstate shut down completely)- which caused a Friday delivery to get moved to TUESDAY. And didn't offer anything for layover- in fact- refused our request for layover. Not sure we'll be quick to jump back into another load with these folks.

Do not use this company as a broker! Please stay away! They will lie to you about Detention time, hints why it's not on there rate con. I urge you they are very unprofessional.

Reading the reviews will tell you what kind of place this is, no character and practice bad business. They don't stand behind their word or honor their own contract. They wouldn't even help guide or advise, one of their brokers on how to handle a situation he obviously had no clue on what to do. He made mistake after mistake and of course, at the expense of the driver and the driver's company.

A minor issue took 5.5 days to resolve and they were shocked and surprised when the driver got upset and voiced their frustration! In the end they put all the blame on the driver which was totally false. But given the caliber of people they are and their more than dishonest business dealings it's not surprising they shifted the blame. A company like this doesn't last long so keep all this in mind when searching for a brokerage firm.

This is by far the worst broker I have ever used I was on time at my pickup and was kept 5 hrs and I was told by Lucas our broker after 2 hrs my detention starts well I couldn't make my deliver on time due to the shipper keeping me so long so I let Lucas know he said not a problem so they made my appointment for 11 pm the next day which made me lose another load and then he wouldn't answer my calls or text but sent me a text back and said call his supervisor which I did Renee said she would call me back and she did not and then wants to pay me 300$ more they are a joke

We call to ask for a load and they confirmed that this load will be for me but we need to do the set up first and After sending the setup form they kept advising they had not received it I redid it since it's electronically but no luck. We also sent various emails but no reply either. I called the office and after being on hold for 20 minutes I was hung up on. This is a waste of time and not efficient at all. Please respect people's time.

CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS EVER! THEY DO NOT PAY! At the moment they owe me plenty in loads and there's no way of getting thru them. I have pictures of bills from shipper and every page signed from receiver yet they claim that are missing pages! What imaginary pages are those?

Booked a load with Helen in the morning. She said we need the VIN number and she is going to send me the rate con. I sent her the VIN number from the truck and she kept saying they are busy and will send me rate con later in the day. After 4 hours I call back to ask for the load confirmation her co-worker told me that load is actually covered with someone else like 2 hours ago. Wasted my day and never working with you AGAIN!

I did my part on my pickup in Buffalo and my part on being on time in Suffolk, unfortunately choptank didn't have my load scheduled for the right day. Now they offer $300 to lay over. Meanwhile I'm loosing out on 2 other loads that I booked $4800 GONE! Thanks choptank.so after 24 hours choptank still thinks of themselves! They have no concept of how a owner operator operates, $4800 loss is a big one to overcome in a week.

No compensation for what was lost. All companies should avoid these guys at all cost! They think of themselves not the drivers.there's alot of other GOOD brokers out there big businesses should look elsewhere to have their products shipped

Load 1829275! NOT PROFFESIONAL BROKER! I'm very disappointed of this broker! We where late on 08/26 to delivery at Target in Rialto, Ca because we got loaded very late at the shipper in Appleton, Wi. I called the broker every day to make new appointment to deliver this load and she never answered me on the phone calls and emails. Today is Monday 08/30 and they still didn't made the new appointment to deliver this load! THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL BROKERAGE COMPANY.STAY AWAY!

12noon appointment 415pm still not unloaded sitting in staging area Rachel Huffman is the worst broker ever No Communication just want the Commission for the load Screw the Driver his time and his Backhaul. If they book you to pepsi/Quaker/Gatorade Bewarw You will sit and be fed excuses after excuses thats if you can get anyone out the phone. This Is My First and Last Load With Choptank will Never Do Business with Someone that Doesn't Respect My Time Or Money
