Climate Express

Bad experience with broker Justin, need more training, really really bad customer service, I'm going to contact shipper and receiver to let them know about Climate Express representative.

I work at Worley-McCullough in Monte VIsta, Colorado. I always like when we load Climate trucks. They are always on time, and I've never had a bad experience with any of the drivers. They are always respectful. I wish all companies had such pleasant and on time drivers! Thank You!

I work on a receiving dock that Climate delivers to. They are always on time and even early sometimes. Their drivers are good and wonderful to work with. Never had a bad experience with any of their drivers. The loads are exceptional. Always stay in place and are never damaged. Nothing bad to say about Climate. Keep up the good (great work).

I do not work here, but I and another vehicle were run off the road today by one of their drivers. I called the safety department and they were professional. I understand the staffing issues in today's job market, however this was a huge safety issue. Two people may have been injured or killed by this driver.

"I guess it's our word against your drivers word." Literally what I was told so they didn't have to pay 2 hours detention. 2 hours we are talking about, that is how hard up they are to screw their carriers. If you book a load with them cancel it right away.

I've got almost a year in, and I haven't looked back! I've made some steady money. Everyone treats me very well here. The equipment is awesome. I've cracked 3000 miles more with Climate Express than any other company I've worked for! I know I've found a home here. Easy company to drive for! I just love the culture. I love the small company, family oriented feel. To prospective drivers: if you come to work here, you better be prepared to run!

So far so good! A bit tired of driving back and forth across Kansas, but great place to work for so far! Gotta love Karen! Youll see!

Everyone was professional, informative and helpful in the orientation process. I didn't have any questions that went unanswered. You feel like family here and everyone does there job and expects you to come through with yours as well. A mutual respect. I also wanted to say that I appreciate how Climate Express takes care of their drivers with the way things are run overall.

The automatic trucks, prepasses, modern computer communications systems for logs / dispatching etc. I have been on the other end of the stick with shotty equipment, poor communication, lots of down time and just sloppy management in general. So believe me when I say I try to go the extra mile for companies like Climate express. You all have streamline everything so the driver can keep things moving and I enjoyed working here very much. I'm happy to be a part of the team

Seeing all the bad things posted here, I've been with them for almost two weeks I've also been driving for 10 years so it isn't my first rodeo. I can honestly say that they have kept me moving for the majority of that time, they even got me home for a couple of days middle of the week and paid me layover pay, because this COVID-19 thing has freight kinda messed up.

I haven't received one phone call or message checking up on me. Probably because I'm on time for pick ups and deliveries. They are paying me a fair wage, and I see nothing bad about them so far. I've been spoken to by everyone with respect and kindness.

On 3/18/2019 at 15:15 cst your driver was at weatern sugar in Sterling co. He honked his air horn as he passed me while i wass parked in front of wester sugar. As he passed me he gave me middle finger salute FOR NO REASON. Them he countinued to drive away as he was talking on his cell phone without handsfree device. Very very unprofessional.

Hello, I have been with Climate for a year. I have enjoyed my employment here and have Always been treated with the upmost respect. When I was recruited I was told many things about how the company operated and what to expect by the recruiter. Every single word Has Been TRUE! I LOVE IT HERE! Dispatch has been extremely helpful, honest and respectful.

The Mechanics are Top Notch and fix the trucks with a smile! The entire office has been really friendly and helpful. I've been driving for 20 years and Climate Express has been one of the best companies I've had the honor to work for. Thank you Climate Express for making my employment feel as if I am part of a Family!

I realize that there are some bad reviews about Climate and not to say that I don't understand it when it comes to Kenny. But the reviews are not a true reflection of Climate, yet it is about a bad experience with one man. Kenny is not the owner, he is just the dispatch supervisor, and I'm not sure why the company is so loyal to him, but it speaks volumes for their desire to support their employees.

There are many people at Climate that are genuinely decent and will work with you as a driver. This is not a bad company to work for. Kenny does not represent the entire company. I've had plenty of good experiences here at this company and I'm treated very well, like so many other drivers are. Don't be discouraged from coming to this company, it is better than many companies out here. I have worked for a few in my long career as an OTR truck driver, and this company is one of the better ones. They do their best to treat you good.
