The lady driving was very honk happy and rude; antagonizing others and driving unsafe. They need to train their staff in basic professionalism and human interaction.

The owner is really mean he don't care about his customers and the customer service sucks, all I did is ask him a simple question and he gave me bad attitude for no reason.

One of the trucks just ran a red light and almost hit me as I was walking just to get a couple feet to the San Jose Marriott. I don't know about their services, but I do know their drivers need to be more aware of their surroundings.

Ordered a package from Amazon with a specific delivery window (which we are now outside of). This company scheduled a morning drop off, and then called to cancel. I work nights and yet they continue to only offer evening deliveries to me. Thankfully my girlfriend was home to eventually receive the package even though she usually has night classes. Sellers, be cautious about shipping through this company, their service reflects on you as well.

Clock Freight is not a good company to do business with. I used this warehouse to pick up product for local marketing initiatives and the staff were always hard to work with and acted like every simple request was a chore for them. The main girl Gabriella would hold her finger up to the window when I came in to get my product, sje wouldnt even use words to say she was busy just hold up her finger like you would to a child and even though I was on a tight schedule and told them in advance I was coming they were still very rude and impolite.

When I arrived at 6am for their opening they said nobody was here and wouldn't even let me in the building. When I finally did get in I had to wait an hour past my pickup time and was not even told sorry they were late. The only person that was pleasant to work with at this facility was Marco a fork lift driver. If I were you I'd look elsewhere for warehouse and delivery needs.

Clock Freight was a third party delivery company for a couch I ordered online. They were difficult when trying to schedule a drop-off time and came in the last 10 minutes of the 4 hour time window they gave us. First of all, when the delivery man pulled up he honked his horn.to tell me he was there without having to get out and knock? Or call the number they supposedly needed?

Then when I told him where I wanted him to bring the couch he said "No inside deliveries!" and just left it on a palate in the open garage. I didn't chose to use this company, but if you have a choice, don't.

This delivery service is awful! First they didn't show up in the window of time they'd given me. When I called to inquire where it was, they couldn't find my shipment. I was on the phone for over an hour tracking it down. They finally found it. When they showed up to deliver it, there was only one guy. I had paid for white glove service, since I'm 7 months pregnant and my husband has a bad back.

My husband had to help him carry the furniture up a flight of stairs as there were no other options. The driver did not speak English, and there customer service center was also very poor at speaking English, so it was very hard to communicate and extremely frustrating. I would definitely NOT recommend using this service - there are much better options out there.

Clock Freight driver was in a hurry and pulled moves infront of Portola Plaza Hotel in Monterey just now that a Mini shouldn't pull in this busy small downtown hotel roundabout. Driving over the sidewalk and parking abruptly causing a near accident or two. His parking blocked several cars to squeeze through a tight space to exit the plaza and a couple cars just gave up and waited until her returned to the truck to get let out.

Security was not happy either. He could have pulled up 5 feet and it wouldn't have been as bad. He also parked next to another big rig so there was literally no room to squeeze out. Think the driver should be more alert and careful in the future. Just sucks because he is mobile advertisement for his company so it would be in his best interest to drive and park more carefully. I'm sure their service is great according to the David P. but bad driving in such a big truck is just unnecessary.

When doing local pick ups our number one vendor is Clock Freight. We receive our cargo on time and have not received any bad feed back from our customers. The customer service at Clock is friendly all the time and always cheerful. They will give you honest feed back if the job cant be done. But for the most part they will make it happen. They have a crew around the clock and always available for your last minute urgent shipments. Clock Freight will always be our first choice.
