The Bravecto rebate terms and conditions is beige. I purchased Bravecto and Bravecto Plus, which is two different products. Nothing mentions the weight of the pet in the terms and conditions. It definitely doesn't say that all doses had to be in the same weight range to qualify. They will not fully honor the rebate. Also, no one seems to understand that $10 and $25 equals $35.

This company is handling the recall for a medication I take. I submitted every thing to them 6 months ago and still haven't received my refund. They confirmed they had everything they needed from me back in January. Also, they rarely reply to emails. When they do reply, it's typically a 2-3 week turn around to get a response
