Great company to work! Great up to date trucks and as I stated in the past equipment is readily maintained! They go above and beyond to work with me when I need to be off or somewhere!

Great facilities, easy parking, scale on site and got me in and out in under 2 hours. Really liked it there

This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. My paychecks have never been correct ever since I started with them almost 2 months ago. I did home daily, it pays $22 an hour allegedly, but I would work 50+ hours, home late every night and I only get $350 on my paychecks. Then they want you to pay for fuel out of your paychecks unless you submit fuel receipts, and then some of the fuel recipients wouldn't be approved, which means money coming out of my paychecks.

Then the egos up in there are absolutely sickening, these people don't care about drivers. If you have about 3 months or more of experience, you can go to US Xpress Meijer dedicated and make way more money and work way less.

Nice equipment. Poor management. Drivers treated like slaves. Dispatch calls drivers while they are 10hours off duty at home sleep. To get them to come in sooner than fully rested. Very unsafe. Drove for them 1 month only. Biggest reason. They would not give me the promised 60 hours per week. One excuse after another. I should have Volunteered to be the on site Driver Supervisor instead.

At leash his position paid a guarantee Salary. And so he did not have to worry about getting shorted on the work schedule. I was on on a Cannon Yogurt Night run which they began phasing me out or starving me out with no work. I eventually began paying my bills with money already in my Bank account. Critical: Professionalism Left a mess in my yard and cleaned it up poorly after asked to. My yard is not a sweep out area. Pretty sad when there is a dumpster on-site. Drivers like these give the good drivers a bad name.

I drive dedicated Ft Worth to Salt lake and California. Continental is easily the best trucking company I've worked for in the last 20 years and this applies to every aspect of the company I've observed. Both the office and shop teams here in FtWorth are the most professional and knowledgeable I've worked with in my trucking career. The few times I've interacted with the Sidney teams I've gotten the impression that this level of excellence is standard across the entire company.

The infrastructure and equipment are maintained in exceedingly good condition, and the company is the most driven friendly I've encountered. Russ has built himself one exceptionally fine company that excels far beyond anything the industry can offer.

I cant wait for orientation on Monday! I've been working with Caleb and he is the friendliest most helpful recruiter you could work with. I'm a new cdl holder and he got me approved for orientation in a day in a time I needed it the most! I can't wait to work for this company.
