Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I can't tell how upset was my experience with this company. They are dishonest and made me have the worse experience ever. Unfortunately was not my choice to use their services. Be aware!

Hello there, does anyone know if you can sleep next to the building? I am an owner operator and I have a load for them that I could not deliver on time today due to the snow storm in New Mexico and I want to deliver tomorrow early

Tracey has been a great rep since we began storing our legal files w Corovan in 2009. Dropping off boxes to store is fast and easy. If I need a box pulled same day service they are always accommodating and friendly. Everything is super clean, and in a smoking free zone! Our files are in a completely safe location!

My mother had at least eight bins of furniture stored with Coravan since 1980 and all those years from 1980 until 2020 she has been paying them their monthly fees to keep that furniture stored away. Mother passed in 2018 and Then I made arrangements to get the furniture delivered here to my home as Coravan no longer apparently assisted with moving furniture, as I was told.

In so doing, My hired movers had had to make the move into two trips as we had a 15 foot truck. on the first trip we emptied approximately six of the nine bins. Left three bins behind and in one of those bins, there were several boxes as well as a floor grandfather clock. Manny, the Corovan employee assured us that he would combine the leftover bins into two bins.

On the second trip I expected to get the two bins emptied and bring home the grandfather clock. During the second trip, I was distracted, and didn't notice that my hired help did not load the grandfather clock, or Any boxes. When unloading the truck at hone, I noticed no grandfather clock, or boxes. Corovan was immediately contacted, talked with their Warehouse supervisor, who said all boxes delivered. And they could not find any bin not delivered.so, I am out a grandfather clock and boxes. This after paying Corovan approx. $500 every month for 25-years!

They wasted our time. Tried to set up a move with them. They low-balled us, then ten days before the move dropped a quote on us that was twice the cost. I tried to work something out with our contact, but he made himself difficult to reach. Our move was already scheduled with them. so 9 days out, we have an issue and he's not that interested in responding.

I had to scramble and find another local mover. then he finally responds. No concern for our needs, no suggestions for working it out. It became clear he didn't want our business, or just doesn't care. Maybe we're not a large enough company for them. We only have 20 locations and do three or four moves a year. Don't use these guys!

Unbelievable how they treat a customer. Not only did their transport person Scott refuse to even work with me to get me my product that was already 2 weeks behind schedule but then decided to try and make an example of the fact that I wasn't settling for waiting another 3 days. He was yelling over me when I said I needed my product faster then laughed in my face when I called him out on him raising his voice and talking over me.

All to say "I'm not going to argue with you." And hung up again and book an appointment for delivery that I did not agree to. I have to call 7 times to finally get someone in management involved. Word to the wise, if Scott is the one who calls you to setup delivery immediately ask for someone else. His rude unprofessionalism would never be tolerated in my business. Save yourself the headache and don't bother wasting your time and energy on this company.

Chris and Dave delivered an adjustable base to my Mattress Firm store today. It was a warranty replacement from Leggette & Platt. They even set it up for me! I have had to set up adjustable bases before and was so excited it was included in the service! They even helped move the old power base to my back room. These guys are doing a wonderful job!

Shipping a Motorcycle? No complaints here. They came to the house with a custom motorcycle rack. The bike gets strapped right into it and therefore it never has to be touched by human hands until offload at destination. The men who picked up the bike said they are the best motorcycle shippers out there and I believe it. One huge plus is you don't have to turn over the keys. The first shipping company I looked at wanted the keys to my 800cc Ducati. I don't think so.

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have had in business in a very long time--I told the account exec that I needed to move my office furniture on 3/16/19, which was being donated to a charity. We were ready for the move, the building was ready for the move, the place we were sending our office furniture was ready for the move. The only one not ready was Corovan, who didn't show up and didn't respond to my emails or cell phone calls on the day of the move to let me know that they had misunderstood my timelines.

Helped me get my mail it really fast and we're really nice. Their business was really clean inside and the employees there were very friendly. They went out of their way to help me our and even stayed after hours for 5 mins to make sure I was all set.

The Corovan team helped make a complicated office remodel stress-free. They were punctual, speedy, helpful, flexible and collaborated well with us. They had a whatever you need, we'll assist you attitude.

The service we receive from Corovan is exceptional. Beginning with the call ahead of time to schedule a pick-up or delivery of furniture, etc., to the professionalism of the workers - the job gets done and it gets done right! We are extremely satisfied with Corovan's remarkable and impressive customer service team, both in the office and out on the field. Frederick Shaw's physical strength is amazing; he lifts the heaviest items with ease and knows the best way to approach a situation regardless of the challenge. Marquise Woodson is quick, agile, and a whiz with tools. Frederick and Marquise are diligent workers; they're experienced, have great attitudes and their communication skills are outstanding! They consistently go "Above and Beyond." We can't thank you enough for all you do! Craig and Mindy Hagen, very satisfied customers.

I have never used them as a business, but I have seen how their drivers conduct themselves on the road. If you see one of their trucks on the road, be careful. Especially if you are commuting in the morning and heading towards the south bound I-15 on Scripps Poway Parkway. The drivers are dangerous and will cut you off. Today, one of their trucks ran a red light and nearly sideswiped me.

I have seen their trucks cut people off, cross double yellow lines, run red lights, and drive in unsafe manners multiple times. I don't know where they get their drivers from, but it is amazing to know that their drivers are so much more important than everyone else on the road. If you see them coming, just get out of their way. They think their time is more valuable than yours, and they wont hesitate to put yours or other drivers safety in jeopardy.

All I know is that if the drivers act like this with the company name on the side of the truck in full view of everyone, I can only imagine what is going on behind the scenes out of the public eye.

A colleague who used them for an office move recommended them highly, so when our lease was up and it came time to move our office, I gave them a call. I had limited (low) expectations due to past experiences with other movers. Suffice it to say that I hate moving. Even more than I hate going to the dentist. In fact, I would rather spend a day getting my teeth drilled, than move. Corovan came out, gave us a quote, and dropped off their crates and dollies a few days before so we could pack up. ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE, THEIR MOVING TEAM CAME OUT TO OUR LOCATION AND IT WAS LIKE I WAS IN A DREAM.

No one dropped anything. No one lost anything. No one stood around. No one broke anything. No one left any of our stuff on some loading dock. Everyone was extremely polite. AND HELPFUL. They told us not to lift or carry anything. They handled our furniture, wrapped our glass table tops, carried our crates and boxes with care, had us loaded in their truck, and unloaded at our new location with NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER.

This has never happened before, and I have coordinated many, may, many moves, both local and across the state. Most amazing of all, they took the initiative and did everything right, without us having to ask them to. Tip: Ask for Terri. He did our move and was a real trooper - and a true gentleman. Another tip: rent their plastic crate and dolly system, and use it the way it was intended.

We didn't have to buy any moving boxes or deal with cardboard piles before and after the move. Corovan let us keep the crates and dollies a few days after the move so we could take our time to unpack. Don' tget me wrong. Moving will never be my favorite activity, and as always, alot of things went wrong with our move. But Corovan's moving guys were literally the one bright spot in our chaos.

I can't speak into the pricing because my company hired them to help facilitate an office move for us. I was there helping to coordinate all of the move pieces and their staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help with the move and was always polite and respectful. As I said before, I didn't handle the initial quote, nor will I see the final bill so sadly I can't speak into that piece of their business but in regards to the men that they hire for their company to represent them - amazing.

Set up to move some equipment from our facility. Was quoted in the range of $500. When the job was finished, I was invoiced for almost $1200. I was able to talk the pricing down to about $1000. However, my issue with this company is that during the entire process, never once was I approached and told that the work will double my original quote. Just sent a bill after everything was finished. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.

I set up move with Cor-o-van movers to move a commercial company, met with them they dropped off crates all ready to go. I paid them there check because they require payment up front. That same day they emailed me to say they can not perform the move. Also i was given no good reason why they just said they cannot do it. I would rather find a bunch of donkeys and do 100 trips before I thought of hiring Cor-O-Van movers.
