Professional people all around. Per my urgent request they delivered from Forth Worth to Chicago the Next Day. Very reliable company!

Terribly upset. Tried booking a load going from San Antonio to Houston supposedly. Then when I got to the location to pick up not only was the drop off location wrong the weight on the stuff I was supposed to be picking up wasn't even close to what Andre told me it would be. The drop location changed from Houston to Grand Prairie which was opposite of direction I was going then the weight was 24000lbs when my ratecon showed and Andre said 5000 smh.

Then I spoke with Brandon and he told me "I'll get you taken care of don't worry I didn't forget about you" well here I am forgotten about. No it's not about the money it's the principle of things. Will never do business again was a reason we didn't conduct business in the first place

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! They are so fast to respond to make any need happen. You can really tell the staff care and their drivers do an amazing info job!

Cowtown Express has been a saving grace for my company in helping to haul last minute needs. Every time I have asked to get a last minute load covered, Timothy has come through and within an hour has a truck on it's way to pick up! Brandon Bean especially, but everyone at Cowtown is knowledgeable and super helpful. Brandon has come to my shop multiple times to check on loads and offers suggestions on how to maximize each load. A company that will take money out of their pocket to help a customer save money is one that I will continue to use. Thanks Brandon and Cowtown.

Had a very bad experience with Brandon Bean and Brandon Suarez. I booked a load from Cowtown from TX to WA. This load was agreed on to be a 10' wide over width load. We deadheaded 6 hrs for the load and showed up to load. The shipper started to load the load and we realized this is a divisible oversize load which is illegal and cannot be permitted.

We wasted three hours of loading and securing the load just to drive away empty handed. They issued a standard TONU fee for this load that doesn't come close to even paying for our fuel to deadhead, let alone the time my staff put in to get all permits completed, the drivers full day of wasted time and effort, other loads we missed because we took this one, etc.

Very disappointing. Brandon Bean and Brandon Suarez are the two brokers we worked with on this and they had no idea what the cargo was and were 100% unprepared. I will not be booking loads with this company in the future and would recommend carriers to stay away from this company.

The manager is very helpful and responsible to solve the problem quickly on the load that I delivered.

I've gotten the chance to work with the team at Cowtown for the last 18 months, and am very grateful for the experience. In an industry that is easy to remain stagnant and hasn't seen a ton of innovation in the last decade, the owners Colby and Raegan and the Cowtown are trendsetters when it comes to always finding ways to optimize and push the envelope to deliver great service for the clients and create a winning team.

There are so many stats I could point to that show how head and shoulders above other transpiration/logistics firms Cowtown is, but the one that for me tells the tale is their driver tenure and reviews from those on the road delivering promises on their behalf. I've come to understand that when a Cowtown leader makes a commitment, it gets done, which is a habit that is shows up when dealing with many other members of the office. Finally, I'd like to recognize Lannie, Lawrence, and Brandon for being stars on the Operations, HR, and Sales front - their effort and drive rubs off on the clients/colleagues they interact with. Don't pass up an opportunity to become a client or team member at Cowtown!

Never doing business with these guys again. Don't trust a word they say unless it's in writing on your rate-con. And BEWARE, these guys have the nerve to ALLOW their drivers to try and recruit at drop off. One of their drivers is out and about offering positions, trying to sweet talk other drivers. This was addressed with CowTown.then the guy who was trying to recruit came back to the truck and said to kiss his A$$.if you are reading this review.keep in mind, that when a response is finally made, the owner has had time to reread, retype, and edit his response as many times as needed before posting.

Super friendly people. If you ever pick up from here make sure your trailer is clean & no holes. They swept my trailer for me and used electric leaf blower also.

Man, was I in a bind last month. I am a sales person for a packaged food company and I had to receive about 150 cases of product, divvy it all up, and then ship it out to 70 different locations. I work from home and there was no way I was going to run this operation out of my 1 bedroom apartment. I was in a panic until I looked up some information and called Cowtown Express.

They were so nice and agreed to receive the product, divide it up, and ship it out for me. Even though this kind of job is a little different than what they normally do, they were happy to figure out a way to get it done for me. Their labor costs were very reasonable and the whole thing got done with a lot less stress and hassle than I had expected.

We have used Cowtown Express several times to move pallets between our warehouses in Dallas and Fort Worth. They have always delivered on-time and as expected. We are very pleased and wholeheartedly recommend their services.
