Services
We will be utilizing Crown Data Systems which will enable us to connect dispatchers and drivers in real-time. Real time reports on your shipments from the time that they are dispatched to the signed proof of delivery. Our new "Teletrac" vehicle tracking device allows us to monitor the position of all our vehicles 24/7 as well as providing our drivers with a GPS system.

This is the worst shipping company i have ever dealt with in all ways. No shows, late, difficult to work with, not timely on providing information, wrong information on their paperwork. Very bad

Excellent service, staff unbelievably helpful. I had a bathtub that was rerouted several times and eventually was placed at Davis Trucking's warehouse. Staff were amazing is assisting with options to get the tub. I was able to pick it up from their dock which prevented us from losing critical time on a contractor's repair. Thank you so much office staff for all of your help!

Package was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. Called repeatedly when it wasn't and was told that we could pick it up at their warehouse today. Sure enough, when we arrived at the warehouse, the package was not even there and was on the opposite side of the country. Unprofessional and terrible to try to do business with.

Pretty irritated after working with this company, I ordered something online and this particular company subcontracted Davis Trucking to deliver my package. I was supposed to receive my package Monday November 5th (I made my appointment online with them) from 9 AM - 1 PM, 1:00 rolls around and still no package, then around 2:30 PM I get a call from a guy in the office saying that they have my package to be delivered Tuesday 6th from 10 AM - 2 PM.

I mentioned that I already made my appointment and he tells me that their online system isn't accurate and that they don't even receive that appointment information. Then why do you even have it available for your customers?! So fine, he apologizes and promises me that my package will be delivered the following day. I stay home from work Tuesday November 6th to get my package.

I get a call at 11 AM saying that someone forgot to put my package on the truck and that it needs to be delayed ANOTHER day. So, Crystal on the phone promises me that my package would be here on November 7th at 9 AM - To make a long story short, I had to call 3 times to get an ETA and every answer I got was false, then finally I call at 11:29 PM and the dispatcher says the driver is 3 miles away.

The driver showed up at 11:50 PM (driver was nice). I wouldn't sign up to work with this company unless you like flaky business and waiting around for unreliable people. Sounds like they need a new system to get their shit in order.

Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday by 2. At 230 I call them and they tell me they're running late but it will be delivered later. At around 630 they call me and tell me they won't be making it out tonight. Then asks if I can hold while he sees if he can get it out tomorrow. Why call me without having a game plan? Anyway he says they can make an exception because they normally don't deliver to our area on those days.

I say yes, I will be home. But it needs to be delivered tomorrow because I'm about to go out of town for a week. Today rolls around and they call me to try and move it back again. I explained that they already postponed it (they said a road was closed, there are multiple ways to get to our house, and my wife made it home just fine). So no, it can't be postponed again after they told me just the night before they'd have it out.

It gets here today without a call ahead despite the receipt clearly saying "call 30 minutes in advance". Fine, I was home. I go out to the truck and there's the box saying "do not lay flat". You can guess how it was laying. Contents were fine, but missing a delivery, then telling me you'll make it out the next day, then trying to cancel that, then having my package transported in a way that the box clearly says not to? Thats just horrible service.

Mark Morales dropped off my paddle board today. I wanted to see if the shipment was damaged before I signed off the delivery. Mark was very patience and had excellent customer service skills. Thank You Davis Trucking!

Although there were some miscommunications regarding some damage done by their driver, I found that they very satisfactorily solved the problem that I had with them. I give them such a high rating because they proved that customer satisfaction is very high on their list of company goals. So if you do have a problem rest assured that Mr. Ortiz will make sure that you are as satisfied as I am. Thanks to Mr. Ortiz

Sad to say this is the worst trucking company that I have ever dealt with. My company was shipping an order for a client that needed it for an event, Davis trucking let my shippment sit for a week after the promised delivery date, then had the audacity to tell me it might get delivered the following week, 2 weeks for a one day delivery. My client was left in the lurch and my team had to go and pick it up our selves and deliver it. They were unapologetic, not willing to talk or help with the problem they began by not delivering my product on time. I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy.

Since I work in the delivery business (premier produce) I picked up my order instead of delivery they were pretty quick with loading up on my trailer and very nice I would try them again NOTE I know first hand what a pain it is routing and scheduling deliveries

They called me on Wednesday to schedule delivery -- I requested a Friday delivery. They told me they could only deliver to my area on Thursdays. My husband takes off Thursday and the delivery service is a no show. I call them 45 minutes after the window delivery I was given and it tuns out the furniture was never placed on the truck. Their response -- too bad. Wait another day. NO customer service. Willie the manager is the WORST!

They were suppose to deliver a bathroom vanity which I have purchased with FREE shipping. Davis Trucking refused the delivery, unless I paid $150 for them! They are simply crooks, I will not buy anything from any company, who uses them to deliver their product!

^ Kim you're crazy, no offense. Davis is the best local pick up and delivery carrier that I've dealt with in the last 9 years of doing logistics. Omar, Rosi, and Willy are exceptional in regard to communicating any issues. Their rates are competitive and they get things done fast!
