Upon your cargos arrival at our facility, one of our dedicated traffic agents will notify you via email that the items are on hand. When placing your orders, please forward us copies of the corresponding invoices as they will be required by Customs at destination. To facilitate our internal process and ensure nothing slips through the cracks, we request you please provide us a list of all the orders you are placing along with the tracking numbers so our agents are aware of what's incoming for you.
