Executing world-class logistics services to give our customers a competitive edge through our commitment to safety, technology, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Duncan Container Sales specializes in storage container sales. We work with some of the largest container providers in the world, leveraging our relationships and buying power to offer a large selection shipping/conex containers. These steel containers are perfect for on-site storage. Also, they are wind and water tight. The sizes range from 20 ft. to 45 ft. Contact us for a quote.
Q. Can you deliver my container and place it on anything other than flat ground? A. No. Unfortunately, the delivery companies we utilize can only deliver to flat ground with the use of landall trucks. Does it matter if the doors of the container are facing the rear or cab of the deliver landall truck?
Will the semi-truck/trailer have a minimum of 110' pullout (or can the driver just back in - unload the container - and then pull out without having to make any sharp turns?). We do very basic modifications like installation of roll-up doors and windows. In case you haven't heard or read about it, conex boxes (aka shipping containers aka ocean containers) are being used to build "tiny-homes" for homeless Veterans, horse stalls, artist studios, vacation get-a-ways, under ground shelters, and even homes for life styles of the rich and famous.

Place is a joke. Having driver facing cameras. I would never work at a trucking company that has them. If you guys dont trust the people you hire why should we drivers trust you guys? Dont make sense. You guys have them for a reason And for anything you do you guys will terminate people.

Critical: Professionalism I Advise anyone do not work for this company they pay rate is low the whole front office is a joke they have cameras that look at you when you driving and if you have a accident they will make you a part of a safety meeting for new drivers. Choose a better company

Terrible place to buy trucks from if I did r have an extra warranty this truck would have cost me 20k it broke down a week after I got it and was in the shop for months. My buddy had the same issue when he bought a truck. Do not do business here unless you have a lot of money to waste

This company is constantly recruiting, but the pay has always been subpar for the job so never gave them a second thought. Today however, I noticed a new add for a new lane they have which sounded pretty good, but again, extremely low pay. I decided to give them a call after an email I sent went unanswered, just to see if I could get the rate up just a bit.

The recruiter informed me that "beggars can't be choosers"? I guess the recruiter was not informed that a 20 year veteran driver with over 2.5 million safe miles and a perfect CSA score is a commodity, not a "beggar". If the low pay wasn't enough of an excuse not to work here, that attitude towards a driver definitely is and says a lot about them. So ultimately, I guess this company thinks of their drivers as "beggars".

Drove a vehicle today that didn't look bad and had very low miles but had been in a accident in the back and the body work was not done well at all. Decided that was not for me.

The customers are correct on this one. DUNCAN & SON Lines as well as 4Gen Logistics are not only a terrible company that can't deliver on time but they treat their drivers and potential drivers like crap as well. If you are a driver steer far an away from this cheesy operation David Duncan as well as Gabe and Armando in the So Cal operations. Save your money and time from dealing with this joke of an operation.

Very good people working here. If you do your job sky's the limit. Always doing something for the drivers like cookouts and parties. Treats you like family ain't no truck numbers here they want to know your name. Pay is above average better then most otr outfits and home time is ridiculously consistent. Best company to work for if u value life outside of a truck.

Duncan and Son Lines is a great company! Though the work is very fast paced (regardless of the area you are in), the culture is amazing! I had previously worked for two Fortune 100 companies with much bigger budgets and staff than we have here but didn't see anywhere near the care and commitment to the employees like I've seen at Duncan. Employees are family. not just a number.

They are some of the best people I've ever worked with. There are several employee who have been with the company for more than 10 years which tells you they are doing something right. For the most part, the management staff does a good job of communicating expectations, investing in employee growth, and recognizing positive performance. They had been paying a little below market value in previous years but are quickly closing the gap.

They offer paid sick time, vacation, and holidays with matching 401k and a wide variety of other benefits. They also do a lot of cookouts, ball games, onsite events, parties, and "random acts of fun" which help to keep morale high. One downside is the cost of their medical insurance. That said, it's still less expensive than going out to the marketplace exchange in many cases. especially for those individuals with children and families.

The other is in the area of training. This is OJT and, though they are improving, there is work to be done in some areas. Pros Culture, Spirit Team, monthly employee functions and outings, family environment, recognition and appreciation, communication, and job security Cons The cost of health insurance and training in some departments
