I've worked for a couple different companies that ship freight and utilized broker services, and from my experience not all are created equal. Whenever I called, a real person picked up on the phone on the first or second ring, they were always friendly and knowledgeable, and they consistently came through for me whenever I was in a jam. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable 3PL.
