Your company's prices were much higher than every company we are accustomed to using. We were willing to try you out based on the personal attention we were guaranteed by your sales department. This was pitched to us as "you get what you pay for" and "we are a small business just like yours that cares about you as a customer". We afforded you one shipment and we trusted you to deliver to a customer and you have embarrassed us.
You blew our pickup date with absolutely no communication, exactly what we were promised would not happen. We will never use this company again. Their dishonest and deceptive business practices may have cost our small business a major customer.

The sales department is terrible. They call from time to time asking to "speak to someone in shipping" but have no idea who they are calling to speak with and know nothing about our product. I attempted to give one of their reps information over the phone one time and the guy on the other end had no idea what he was talking about. I don't know how I ended up on their calling list since we have a trusted and long-standing relationship with our domestic and international freight carriers but the harassment is sad and unprofessional.
We gave them all the information that they needed to know and I am still getting sales calls and emails asking to "speak to someone in shipping". I hope to never hear from this company again, I made a mistake by giving them my information and my email address. This is no way to conduct business and reflects poorly on their company.
