Fairly Reliable Bob's Used CRS

I have boight 4 cars from them and will never buy a car from anybody else. Butch and Bobby Jr have kept Bobby Sr's image of a car dealership that truly cares for the customers at all stages of you car buying experience. Brett in service is great to work with and the shop rates are reasonable.

Oh my goodness, these guys went above and beyond! Completely honest in everything they did, no surprises, hard sell tactics or games. They even did things that I didn't ask for, just because they wanted my experience to be excellent. It was a 9 hour trip for me to get there and I would do it again next time I need a used car.

I purchased my 2017 Subaru Forrester a year ago. After 67,000 miles on my used car the brakes went metal to metal and I needed them changed right away because I wanted to drive for UBER on Valentines night! I turned into the Service dept at 9;30 AM, it was ready at 1:30 PM! Not only that but because it was at cost plus a much much lower labor rate, the brake job was 1/2 of others quoted!

They do this to service their customers and keep them! They only service cars they sell. The service team is run by a great guy and awesome people. This is the best experience I have ever had buying any car, especially a used car!

I've wanted to leave a review about this car lot for over a decade. I bought a 1988 Honda civic while in high-school. I payed for the mechanic insurance they offered. It was a full bumper to bumper warranty at their on site shop. Not only did they never fix it but they kept telling me nothing was wrong. It was years of it not starting before I finally hade enough money to take it to honda. I will never buy a car from them again, and I recommend you don't either.

I bought all of my cars I own/owned from Farily Reliable Bob's since 2013. Justin Tucker helped me last couple times. I normally hate car shopping, but Justin made it truly a fun experience! Both of the times Justin helped, I had a pretty solid idea what cars I wanted and thought I've made up my mind with cars I found elsewhere. I stopped at Farily just in case and it was the best idea. Justin helped me and my daughter find cars that meet our needs much better than cars I found at other car lots.

Both my daughter and I left the lot with a car we fell in love with. Justin listened and truly wanted to help us. Even after the purchases, he followed up by calling or texting, making sure we're still happy with the cars. I haven't had any better experiences while car shopping. I understand he's relocating, but I'm certain that he's making sure all of his customers are taken care of by his colleagues at Fairly. We'll miss you, Justin!

We're shopping for a second car now and it's really made me appreciate how easy shopping for a car was at Fairly's. They don't have what we're looking for in their inventory right now or we'd definitely go again. I had the pleasure of working with Sean. He was easygoing and non-pushy. I wanted to buy a Toyota they had but it was very important to me to get the car I wanted looked at by a third party before I bought it. Fairly's allowed me to take the car overnight before I bought it for my appointment I'd made to get my third party inspection before buying.

The only thing that needed a repair was a cracked cabin air filter and the rest of the car passed the inspection. The third party mechanic said the vehicle looked to be in top condition. The whole buying process after only took a couple hours, we negotiated what I felt like was a fair price for the car. I was going to use outside financing but they were able to actually get me a better rate for the same credit union I was going to use anyway.

The only thing I will say is in getting the cabin air filter cover fixed, I did have to ask about 3 different times about when the part would come in. It took a couple months to finally get and have the part replaced but it did eventually get changed out! Still, I'd definitely recommend and buy from again.

I had an AMAZING experience with everyone at Bob's. I HIGHLY recommend Tim Heffner if you are looking for a car. I needed to trade in my car because my baby was getting too hot in the back seat this summer, and Tim met my every expectation. He never pushed for something out of my budget and ALWAYS had a ton of options. It took a week to find the perfect car for my family, but we did it!

Less than a month after purchase, my trunk latch broke and my windshield wipers needed replaced. They took care of all of it NO CHARGE, and I didn't even have to beg. They got me in as soon as possible and it turned out to be a recall on my vehicle. They replaced it with the bad part they had on hand, and are going to REDO the entire thing as soon as they can get a new part! I will never go to another dealership.

What a phenomenal experience with an absolute 5 star team! From sales, to finance, to management, they did everything possible to get me into my dream car. Fairly Reliable Bob's goes above and beyond any dealship to make sure you are satisfied. I honestly can't recommend enough. They do have other makes and models of cars, but if you have been looking to pull the trigger on a Corvette this is the place to shop. Their inventory changes very frequently so the website is not a good guage for what's in stock. Prices are also usually listed as "call for price" so ask for Justin or Mark.

Hands down I've never had a better experience getting a car. Even my extremely skeptical wife was totally thrilled with the experience. I let Johnny Russell know what I was looking for and he found the perfect fit. The process was easy and enjoyable. Never going anywhere else!
