Update: 5/1/2021 - Abbey B has been a delight to speak with. She has handled everything so professionally. If only we would have received that kind of customer service long ago. Anyway, Thank you Abbey for taking care of ALA. You are great at what you do! _______________________________________________________________________ We have been using Fikes for several years.
The last install was not great, they left quite the mess that my techs cleaned up. Then there were several months of the product not ''smelling'' after 1 to 2 days. The end of 2020 was what really did it, they raised their prices with no notice. We dropped their services and now they want to charge us an uninstall fee. We asked for the signed contract to be forward and they said "This is common practice for installs and uninstalls for a one-time charge".
I NEED TO SEE THE SIGNED CONTRACT THAT STATES THAT. Still waiting. This is not how you take care of your customers. ADD 4/15/2021 - SEE Their Response. There is no reason for any phone calls because it then becomes a he said she said. THIS IS WHY I DO EVERYTHING THROUGH EMAIL.

Love everyone that I have dealt with at Fikes! They are very responsive and are always thinking ahead and looking out for what our needs could be without being pushy. Product quality has never been and issue - if there is an issue they have stood behind it 100% and solved the issue right away without question.

I highly recommend Fikes Pest Control. I have had a few other pest companies in the past for personal as well as my client business with Coldwell Banker and Fikes Pest is the best by far! Amazing customer service, friendly staff (Mark is our pest inspector) who is highly capable and trustworthy as well as great problem solver for any situation. The cost is a great value compared to other companies that has not brought the same important factor and customer service to the table.
