The Food Shippers Association of North America provides its members with competitive ocean freight rates, more choice of carriers, and better service than they can get on their own. Our goal is to create close partnerships between FSANA, our members, and global steamship lines, as well as other international transport organizations. Our mission is to help small and medium sized exporters and importers to maintain their competitiveness in the global marketplace. By combining our members' marine freight volumes, we are able to provide multiple service contracts covering every major trade lane.
Services
The Food Shippers Association of North America is a non-profit, member-owned organization which uses the combined shipping volumes of its members to leverage benefits for the group, primarily in the form of competitive ocean freight rates and service advantages. Based in the Seattle-Tacoma area on the US West Coast, FSANA was formed in 1996 around a core group of companies engaged in the export of frozen and chilled foodstuffs.
APL provides customers around the world with container transportation and logistics services through a network combining high-quality intermodal operations with state-of-the-art information technology. APL is part of the Singapore-based NOL Group, a global transportation and logistics company engaged in shipping and related businesses.
