Imagine all the worst and that is this company! I suffered terrible things because I refused to pay in cash and started threatening me of not giving me the pallet I got, They told me that the amount I had to pay was $400 dollars and $0.03 per pound but they ended demanding $150 dollars it means 3 times the amount I was supposed to pay. They saw me alone because they did not inform me on time about the delivery time and when they arrived they started shouting at me, I was scared and alone so they took advantage of me without respecting me as a woman either that we have a contract.
When I reported all the abuses to the company they promised to do something but they did not anything. On the contrary they took retaliations and refused to delivery my pallets after they have told me to forget about what happened and continue working and I trusted on them thinking they took actions with the two workers I had that terrible experience. and you know what they said? that they did not anything! and that they don't want to work with my company because "I don't fit".
Can you believe how shameless is this people!. The worst ever. They requested a credit card to backup the service but I Informed them that I was going to pay by check and they void the check. Nothing good can be expected from them. the boxes arrived completely broken, frozen items were not in good shape so I would think twice before working with them.
Finally they said that they did not have any responsibility on what happened because it was a "third company who did the delivery" when I paid directly to them and the contract was with them so I wonder if something happen to the merchandise they will simply say the same they told me.
