I took my freightliner rv to have brake work done because when we would turn on right blinker on it would switch to left and vice-versa. 1500 bucks later they got blinkers to work but only brake light that would work was light bar in the middle not safe at all. They did not finish their job. My husband is not certified to do electrical work, needless to say he figured out the problem within 2 hrs, but they claim they spent hours on it. Never will i take anything back to them.

One of our ambulances broke down, new serpentine belt broke after 500 miles. It was last repaired at an International dealership in Colorado. The dealership in Colorado had it for 10 days Nebraska Truck Center found the belt tensioner needed replaced. They had the part the next day and had it returned to us the next morning. Great service, fixed right the first time.

I had great experience with Nebraska Truck center, my check engine light came on last night it was the nox sensor, MR mike was so very nice probably the nicest guy in Nebraska he helped me out i was back on the road within 2 hours. I can't thank you enough. God bless you and also thx to the mechanic he was very nice. I will be back if i need any more work done, this place is friendly staff i highly recommended.

Called Michelle when I was about an hour from the store asked her if they could get me in for a intermittent check engine light with a derate condition. She said probably after lunch. I got there she got truck wrote up and by the time i dropped my trailer and parked with the other tractors the tech came out and was ready for it. Got truck in and out in 3 hours. Great people. Highly recommended!

Our truck has come to Nebraska truck center in grand island everytime we have home for regular maintenance and any other issues that arise. Recently with the last 3 trips in the shop we have received very poor service, we have come in to pickup the truck after services rendered and have found several repairs have not been done and have not even been mentioned that no work was done until after payment and looking over the receipt.
Also with recent repairs we had a check engine light come back only 25 miles from the shop made a couple phone calls to report the problem especially since that was one of the reasons it was in the shop and neither night shop manager or day manager bob seem to care or even recognize there was a problem. When you have to take your truck to a Freightliner shop for warranty reasons and the shop treats you with total disregard it's a little concerning.
With recent attitude and repairs I honestly have more faith in the TA SERVICE members at almost any location. This will be the last time I take anything to a Nebraska truck center and I would not even consider buying another Freightliner if this is the kind of service you can depend on receiving from these shops. As an update Nebraska truck center has resolved the issues with the truck and have done their best to regain our business we do appreciate the the calls and the hard work to get us back as customers. The professionalism on handling our issues was outstanding thank you
