Scam company! They took delivery of a $3000 package and then wouldn't release it to us for 3.5 months. Then they made us pay $60 to release the package to us. After we paid, they released it to an unknown recipient against our instructions 2 days before we told them we were coming to pick it up. Now the package is missing and Seacor won't provide details. SCAM!

There's shaded hub spots available to build your pallets under and the staff is usually attentive, even on busy days.
Your goods are wrapped and transported with care. And the rates aren't too hefty, depending on what you're shipping. I've had a few conversations with the customer service department over matters and inquiries in the past and they were most informative and pleasant. I appreciate the experience and the service. Do not ship with them! Especially to Marsh harbour! The agent is very unprofessional and are dishonest They're workers mishandled and damaged my door then having put a claim in was told I didn't have insurance or didn't pack my cargo that I purchased online properly! No one took the blame! Nor offered any redress, crooks! I will never ship with them again.

Considering this was my first time shipping, the staff made it easy and EVERYONE was extremely courteous. Tuesday evening I arrived way after closing time, and a gentleman politely explained I needed to come back the following day. The next morning, a lovely tall, young lady at the front desk went out of her way to talk me through the procedure, since I didn't have paperwork from my customer.
I wish I remember her name. Long, dark, curly hair. The gentleman on the forklift dispatched the load quickly and politely, since again, I may not have had everything in perfect order. In fact, he had noticed me there late the previous day, and said they would have unloaded anyway if I would have said something. The company I work for has to beg and cajole for good Google reviews. Right at the outset I knew I would let everyone know my experience was great. I took a picture of my load at Seacor. June G., Jefferson Fence.
