Due to this company's incompetency, I am exactly $3,896 short. When I moved back to the U.S. from overseas last year, I also shipped back all my personal belongings. Gallagher was responsible for carrying out the required examination including necessary paperwork for organizations like the EPA. This is all good and not that expensive (about $400). However, they managed to hold on to my container for over a month and charged me over 100 bucks a day!

They are apparently able to do this legally, and they took full advantage of it. Something about this company smells fishy, and I hope an investigation into their business practices gets carried out. A reviewer on Yellowbot wrote "Patrick Gallagher is the owner of the company and he is a complete idiot. He is an ex-preacher whose wife left him and once you get to know him you know why." Perhaps Patrick is not only an idiot but also a dishonest businessman too.
