Garrison Transportation Service

I'm a 29 yr veteran driver that had hauled for Garrison under Knox and I have to say I'm very happy when working for them! Knox is very professional and Very Fair! If something isn't right he will fix it! I will go out of my way to help him and Garrison again any day!

I want to make this review very clear, I do not contract with Garrison. My customers do. Of the hundreds of carriers I work with they are by far the worst. Their on time performance is 22%. I currently have 45 orders waiting for them to pick up that range from 60 days old to 12 days old. We have contacted them on multiple occasions and they still do not pick up the orders. Starting this week they are going to be banned from picking up at any of my warehouses because of their performance.

If you are looking for a carrier Garrison Transportation is not one to select. Even with todays trucking shortages they are by far the worst carrier you could work with, with the worst customer service. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

This company is fantastic! Leslie and her team are second to none! They provide the best updates and their driver answers as well, that huge when we needed a second update. The driver crushed it as well, 3 picks and made delivery on time. I can't wait to work with them again!

Rob is a great guy and the shop they really care and try to fix everything you ask about. East coast is hard a few undesirable shippers are very difficult to deal with and building up pallets and shrink wrapping them is a lot of work and stress. Extreme East coast and many stops and pick ups pay was well different always seemed to be behind nice equipment but honestly a challenge if not used to being a worker in docks and building up pallets and shrink wrapping all of them

Can occasionally be challenging. But an excellent company to work for, Rob, Patricia, and Leslie will treat you right, bring your A game.
