UK branch - I've tried to contact them through their limited and scattered communication channels without success. Even after continuously telling them that I was in an urge to get a quote from them I had no reply. I would think twice about working with them.

I left my car keys at Lille train station on my way back to London. After being refused by the train company to having them sent back to me in the UK, Dean recommended that I have them sent to the Paris office who would then send them to the London office. Thanks to Dean, Jo and Mathieu, I was able to get my keys back. Thanks for all your help guys
