Grand Island Express began in 1967 by the Pirnie family as a moving and storage company, and is now in its third generation of family ownership and operation. In 1972, the family purchased their first refrigerated trailers and has steadily grown the company ever since then. Grand Island Express' focus is not to be the biggest truck line, but the best in our niche markets.

Serving more than 38 states in the eastern two-thirds of the U.S., Grand Island Express specializes in irregular route, temperature-controlled transportation and focuses on customers that require service-sensitive, time-critical performance.
