BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2013 Utility Trailer from them and they claim it passed inspections, The day I went to pick up my trailer I couldn't leave because there was a malfunction with the trailer leaking air and would not release the trailer tandems to slide which they fixed on the spot because the trailer would not move. Secondly I had to return it again because it was leaking water when it rained.

They agreed to fix it and stated that this should have be caught in the so call inspection. Now I am 2 months into the purchase and I need major work done on the floor boards. They are saying the damage was not there when I purchased it and that I had to do it. The type of damage done was not done in 60 days this is damage that has been done. They have quoted me a price of $4978.41.

I paid $15,000 cash for this trailer 60 days ago and now they want another $5,000 to make repairs on something that they knew about but saying they didn't. I called them on Sept 9th to check on the repairs and they told me they were not fixing it because I reported them to the BBB. Beware because they are selling these trailer claiming they are inspecting them and they are not because if they were the 3 times I had to go back to them those issues would have been corrected in the inspection.

I ordered an ATC Raven enclosed car hauler with numerous options from MO Great Dane Ryan Heston was outstanding in placing my order with ATC. He was available 24/7 when responding to my emails and helping me determining what options were right for my requirements. He did not try to over sell me. He walked me through the process and made this a great experience.

Their service dept also installed four special D rings on the trailer floor that looks like factory installed. When I picked the trailer up at the dealership Ryan showed me all of the trailer features and capabilities. I am from Oklahoma and found their prices on trailers considerably one of the lowest in the nation. Highly recommend this dealership for your trailer needs and service.

As the sidekick of someone buying a trailer I can say the staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get through the process quickly to accommodate a time restraint and even helped hook up the new trailer. Very professional and clean office with bottled water for guests.

Took trailer for wheel seal replace it was under warranty and they took care of me with respect and everything was easy going from there they finish when they said they will and manager was great and employees also great job Great Dane one happy customer here. Thanks

Call and talk to Matt in the parts department about buying some repair parts for my Trailer he was very knowledgeable about what parts i need to make the necessary repairs i got all the parts i needed to fix my trailer on the very first trip.
