25 years ago we set out to design our own TMS when few others were. We wanted it powerful and simple. We've never stopped writing code to support what you do, what we do, and what your customers & suppliers do. Some of our capabilities are pretty cool. These terms and conditions of service constitute a legally binding contract between the "Company" and the "Customer". In the event the Company renders services and issues a document containing Terms and Conditions governing such services, the Terms and Conditions set forth in such other document(s) shall govern those services.

Hancock International and Empyrean Line use NRAs (Negotiated Rate Agreements) exclusively. Any rate accepted by a shipper, or any booking confirmation received by a shipper and not cancelled by same shall constitute a Negotiated Rate Agreement between the two parties. Hancock International has furnished the FMC proof of its financial responsibility as required by the FMC. The manner of financial responsibility is by Bond (number 570116). Empyrean Line does not rely on coverage provided by a group or association.
