Not bad experience, DryVan. you can park on the corner of viking and Craneway street, if you find space. or Navy street. check in office will be right there, corner of building streets Viking and Craneway. go inside building, they start from 6am, drop trailer from 1 to 5 and wait. 1 hour for my unload

GET HERE EARLY! Got here at 0615, unloaded by 0715 Hill is the nicest guy ever. Everyone else, not so much. Just stay out of their way and let them do their job and ull be out of there as soon as they can get to you

Poor management and ownership decision making. You can tell the warehouse staff is doing their best. Willie is always by himself. Nicest hardworking guy on the dock. Why have 5 docks and 1 forklift driver operating? Not efficient to staff or anyone waiting HOURS for service. Just bad decision making all around. Staff Harbor freight transport 0

Tight, please see entering streets first to get a door is even more difficult. You basically have to fight. They are doing their drivers, trucks, friends first and if you are fast enough to take a door you have to push them to get you loaded or to unload or to give them a few s to maybe pay attention to your truck. You not gonna pick up on time and they don't care if you not gonna take any load that day.

Arrived for a delivery at 3:40pm. Due to lack of parking was asked to move several times. Went to check in after moving three times and the girls ignored me. Finally at 4pm was waited on and told that I arrived after 4pm and would have to wait until the next day. I asked to see a supervisor and the girl said sure then walked off. I never seen the supervisor. Never again.

Worst place to deliver. No restroom and they have you waiting hours to get unloaded for flatbed. Also people at the window have an attitude in the office no customer service at all. They also make drivers wear masks while none of there staff wears a mask which is discriminatory against outsiders. This is the first and last time I come here

I've been here a few times delivering with a flatbed. Usually a couple hour wait to get unloaded especially in the morning but not too bad. The forklift driver is super nice and even helped me roll my conestoga trailer tarp back. I wish at check in we could hear the lady better. She was nice however. There is a food truck right around the corner where us open deck drivers park so if someone gets hungry I'd recommend trying it. The food was hot and yummy. I'd give 5 stars if we could hear the ladies better at check in

What a mess Park on the right side, walk to the office then wait for door 1-5 tite for parking drop trailer stay inside in the warwhouse if you block the road you need to go again around the building and need to wait again from the beginning Just the forklift guys were nice.

I have picked up a compressor coming from Europe to Grand Prairie MI. Gentleman at the reception was very helpful, forklift operator was very professional and calm, supervisor was a great man. What they did? They helped and acted as professionals that is it! So simple. I always hesitate while entering such warehouses but honestly these guys are exceptional.

Not so bad, the reception department was ok. I waited 1 hour before the forklift came to pick me up, it took 20 minutes to unload then. Staff in the yards was very nice unlike what I have read from other reviews. I was in flat bed trailers.
