Horrible service and they were racist to me and my wife all that because they lost my order.and, they give it to somebody else with out giving us any information about it. For me I am not trusting this company anymore and I would like to let everybody know that. The manager was very rood his name Scot I believe so, he gives us a bad attitude. I really recommend everybody to stay away from this company because I had a bad experience today dealing with them, until I called the police.

The need 6 hours or more to unload a truck because they don't have room for anything.

Wow this place takes forever to get a door we got there 730am they opened 8am we got out 1230pm time is money all the door they have there trucks parked the only thing the lady is very nice from dlp Elite Flower Driver

It's in the same building as Crystal Express which is where I visited. Nice guy.

Omar and Beth are amazing, Jason not so much, and Mary needs to be more attentive she took too long.

Slow service, they lie to their customers about deliveries, very disorganized company. The owner does not know how to run a business without yelling and screaming to the point he's always walking around beat red. They also falsify POD's by forging signatures, lying about not receiving freight at the airport and expect their employees to lie as well, not ethical at all. If you have a delivery here, don't expect it to get delivered in a timely fashion unless you do business with them on the regular.

One of the most poorly run warehouses i've ever been in. The people who work in the warehouse are good workers, they're just overwhelmed by the volume of work. Management is nonexistent
