I would highly recommend no one haul loads out of this facility I had a 0930 appointment it is now 1400 still no bills. Have to wait for a phone call to get paperwork This is going in my book of places to never haul into or out of ever again. They had one excuse after another tried to blame another company for the hold up. Very poorly run operation.

Don't be late 225.00 late fee I don't pay for it after a HR got a door better than others places I have been to up to 6 hrs if you are late

This is the 1st cold storage I've been to that got me in and out as quick as the did. The receptionist was very professional. Very nice can't wait to pickup there again. She did a awesome job.

Checked in 1 hr early for a pickup. In and out in almost no time. Everyone is extremely nice and polite.

Had an appointment for 13:45 on 08-23-21 got here a day early on 08-22-21 at 16:30 on a Sunday they do have overnight parking thats a plus! Checked in at 07:15, no one is in the office until 07:00. Got a door at 09:00 got a green light by 09:40, paper work by 09:45 not bad!

Pretty quick. We are drop and hook so not bad. Only complaint is sometimes it takes a bit for the girls to come to the window. I do see other drivers that have to wait though
