Founded at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in 1996 by Marc Desnoyers and Dave Norris, Jetstream Ground Services has delivered a variety of outsourcing solutions throughout the country. Servicing an aircraft on the ground can bring on some tough challenges, but our experience and in-depth knowledge positions us perfectly to take on the job. Safety is always our top priority and we never compromise on the stringent levels of training and leadership you, and us, demand from our ground handling staff.
We set out to understand the root causes in order to address them head-on. This meant talking to employees to understand exactly where the underlying issues were and ensuring the expectations from our business partners were well established. We implemented a training schedule and standardized On-The-Job (OTJ) training program to ensure up-to-date training and consistent knowledge of policy and procedure expectations.

PLEASE READ: DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IN ROCHESTER NY. They will hire you with false promises, mess up your overtime pay, NO BENEFITS ANYWHERE IN THE STATE and even if you try to reach out to Human Resources if your having a problem or getting harrassed, they won't do anything. The company likes to fire people for no reason at all especially in here in NY state since there's a law behind it. If you work for Jetstream, it'll be the worst decision you will make in your life. I assure you that!

Zero customer service skills and severely understaffed. I hope that the airlines that use Jetstream know that they are the reason they are losing business.
