I've been doing business with Johnny air for years now, they are very reliable, friendly staffs, and most of all affordable. If you want to send something to the Philippines and it's urgent, you can use their air cargo, it will take only less than a week to get there. So glad that they have Johnny air in the Bay Area.

I highly trust Johnny Air. There is a man who is extremely helpful. I will get his name next time. The female cashier is also nice. They remind me to take a photo of the package so I fee more confident they will take care of the package. The rates are great for door-to-door and I don't have to worry about items missing. I also prefer to support local than going through FedEx or UPS, which are more expensive anyway.

They accept cards but one time their system was down. I asked for the nearest ATM and there was one in the laundromat nearby, but the male associate quickly said I can do cashback at the grocery - which I prefer as there are no fees versus the sketchy ATM in the laundromat. My items have always been delivered on time and in tact.

They are the perfect solution for sending higher quality items to Manila and all of Philippines from the U.S. and even Canada to arrive there efficiently, straight to your recipient's door, without breaking the bank. The service is very easy to use. Gina is very friendly and will always advise you the best and most inexpensive way to ship through through them.

Realiable balikbayan box. From California to Manila, it took around 40 days but their maximum time allowance is 45 days so it's still good. It was my first time to send one and nothing was missing, it wasn't opened, it is how it is. Keep up the good work and will definitely send another box soon! Thank you! :

Johnny Air Cargo have the most efficient staff, Ray & Dolly. It is best to go there on Fridays, your box gets to the Philippines in like three to four days! Johnny Air is the way to go!

Johnny Air cargo is the best, I've been sending medicines to my parents in the Philippines they are very reliable and for the balikbayan boxes, they arrived unopened, i can only trust johnny air cargo when it comes to shipment. God bless to your company and more power!

I'm going to give it 1 star although if there's a half star that would be a good one. Just found out from Yelp here that they now have a Union City location, but when called their number it says it's not accepting calls.hmmm? interesting. are they still up and running? then called their Daly City location (i've send a package from this location in the mid or late 90s), and it says their mail box is full. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since today is the day after Thanksgiving Day and perhaps this business is close for the long weekend? Hmmm again. USPS and even LBC is open to continue their service/delivery schedule.

Note- please do not support this business! I made the mistake going through Johnny Air for travel booking to the Philippines. First, the agent aggressively talked us out of getting a direct flight on Philippine Airlines to taking a stop over flight through Korean airlines. He stated that on our flight back, because time and length of our layover, the airline would provide a hotel in Korea.

This was totally not the case. The airline knew nothing of the sort. I was furious! I would not allow my 5 month pregnant sister sleep on the chairs of an airport for 12 hours. I thought, what if I did not money to spend on a hotel my way back from vacation? I could have been stuck! I had to call long distance to Johnny Air from Korea. I was told by representatives of Johnny air to get a hotel and I would be reimbursed.

When I came back to Johnny Air to receive the reimbursement for the hotel, they gave me the run around, disputing my reimbursement. They questioned my hotel choice and cost! But there were no specifics when they offered reimbursement. Plus they wouldn't have to reimburse me if they paid for the hotel or if we weren't talked out of a direct flight from Philippine airlines to Korean air layover flight.

I would come to the store every week asking for the reimbursement while complaining that Johnny air shouldn't advertise that free hotel or any other offers that they know nothing about or will not back up themselves. So, my case was handed over to a lady off site. After weeks of trying to get the reimbursement THEY offered, I chalked it up as a loss. I hope that no one will support inconsiderate businesses that LIE, CHEAT, STEAL from their customers! Definitely negative stars if I could.
