The management is straight up abusive. They have the most hostile environment I've ever seen. If you even consider doing business or looking for employment with them, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere first. I know there are a lot of 1-stars everywhere but I'm not exaggerating. They are the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

They're the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Shame on your company for having such abusive management. You should not be allowed to treat people that way.

It's been a number of weeks since there "professional " driver backed up into my legally parked pickup truck. The damage was recorded on video. To this day I have to constantly call every day to get my compensation for my repairs. They advertise zero safety incidents. I have a few thousand dollars worth of damage.! Have yet got any response as far as dollars value for my compensation.

Top notch trucking. You can not go wrong with Kaiser. Drivers that know what they are doing, that have top notch trucks and equipment and who care about your goods. We ship machinery with them and the level of dedication is as good as it gets. Trust me when I say that I see all kind of trucking companies at our location and no one is reaching the level of dedication and quality that Kaiser offers. Scheduled a truck for an important delivery and it was a no-show. They claimed to have called me to let me know, but they didn't bother to leave a voicemail or call my cell phone. When I questioned them about it, the response was "it wasn't my responsibility" as they were outsourced/sub-contracted. Full of excuses but no respect for the matter at hand! EDIT TO ADD>>>>>> Was Kaiser Transport based out of WI!

As a broker, I am impressed by capacity and yet friendlies of the dispatchers and drivers that work for Kaiser. The drivers go above and beyond - helping to load and operate forklifts when shippers need and rarely a complaint about minor changes in freight. I appreciate all the LTL work they do for me!
