Very confusing and inconvenient place. Rude at the window really don't give drivers much direction.

Have been for 4 hours In door already, and nobody works with my dry van. No phone number to call. The shipping office was very rude, and no one wants to help or explain the situation.

Appointment was at 1300 for a delivery. Arrived 30 minutes earlier and was still too early for them. Will only check in once it gets to within 5 minutes of your appointment time. You can park on site to wait it out. Got docked up at 1305. Four hours later and I'm still here. Now, no one else is here except for me and the yard dog. Not even half way done with getting me empty.

They definitely prioritize getting the other trucks loaded first before emptying you. Even with an appointment. Will never return and would advise any one not to come here. At least if it's a delivery for this place. Just for reference it's only a 30,000lb load. I picked up in a different Kane facility in Utah. Took them 30 minutes to load me. This is absolutely ridiculous.

25 min pickup wow. I was reading comments and I was scared, but I was lucky.

Great place! Took me up early and loaded me fast! Overnight parking available. Restroom for drivers. If only more companies were like that.

Extremely fast load and helpful guy ( barbed young people). clean restroom and good area. RESTROOM IS WELL OPPORTUNITY FOR TRUCK DRIVERS. ( first of all we are human )

Very pleasant place to load at. Friendly and professional staff in both the office and warehouse.

Good service to the public, the lobby clean and the bathroom too.

Arrived at 11:35am with 42,000 pounds of beverages. Checked in and backed to Dock 32 at 12:15pm. Was empty and departed at 12:50pm.

Easy check in. Fast loading. Plenty back up room. Restroom available inside. Overnight parking available too on back and along street.

Gallo, (alcohol), check in on west side, door 34. Checked in 1/2 hour early, no problem. Load turned out to be a day late, (news to me!). Put me in a door immediately and began to unload. From check-in to out the gate = 40 minutes. You can park here overnight, but there are no facilities.

Made a delivery there friday for sams club, nice operation, 2 very nice ladies in receiving. Simple in and out in a very reasonable time. They should all be like this.

Easy in easy out as always. Great people never any attitudes here.making it a very pleasant place! Quick to unload. I normally drop and hook but notice how fast others are in and out

This company doesn't take drivers earlier than your appointment. They want you to be exact in a minute of your appointment. This is my first and my last time. This business practice should not be tolerated and drivers should not pick up their loads. The era of falsifying log books is over and they still think and expect you to break the rules of FMCSA. This company and similar companies should not exist in the United States. We don't need them.
